Mei has no feat of being able to cast any water techniques that require 42 hand seals with only a single hand seal in area's without even a single trace of water, and that wasn't even at full power, kisame's skills in water release are good but I think tobirama could out class him to.

Actually she does do exactly that. That's how she uses her Water Dragon.

Have to disagree. Mei's feats are clearly better.

Her water style completely dwarfed Madara's fire styke that took a whole squad of mist ninjas to counter. Then she immediately created a water dragon in the middle of using her water spout jutsu.

Mei's ninjutsu ability in General is amazing.

Tobirama cutting a tree is cool and all, but there were many ninjas in that battlefield that could break those branches. So I don't find it to be that impressive since it's just wood, if it cut a harder material then ok then we have something to brag about. The sheer volume of Mei's water style completely trumps tobiramas. Only Kisame rivals/surpasses her.

Even Kakashi's water feats come close to Tobiramas, in fact he's shown more.

Mei has all around better suiton feats.

She's shown;
- , which far outclasses tobirama's water wall. No discussion needed.
- , which also far outclasses that water attack tobirama did in part 1
- , which took zabuza 42 handseals to do an inferior version; Yet, she did it quick enough to combo with the other kage. Considering she used dragon flood, after water spout, without handseals, it's already implied she only needs 0 to 1 handseals for a 42 seal jutsu.
- , which appears to be on a level greater than zabuza.

Already, she has shown more suiton than tobirama at 4 - 3. Furthermore, In all those scans, though water spout and dragon bullet can't be confirmed, it could be seen that mei used 0-1 handseals to perform high level suiton. On top of that, she was in a near desert environment, with no water and possibly little in the atmosphere. Like you've already stated, she far outclasses tobirama in defence (hidden mist + water spout) but, she also outclasses him in offence (dragon flood + dragon bullet).

A misconception you made, is that suidanha has a better feat than dragon flood. Yea, suidanha cut the god tree, but everything else, including blunt weapons did that. But, because mei's suiton couldn't break a susano'o, it's seen as low class. Take a second to look at the jutsu. I'll break it down for you.

[ ][ ] - In that first scan, you'd notice that the dragon flood first envelops the target in a mass of water. Right there, we can see that an unprotected target will be rendered heavily injured by the crushing force of all of that water. As if that weren't enough, we move onto the second scan where we can see the dragon flood follows up with a sharp 'tongue'; An unprotected foe will be impaled with tremendous force and most likely killed on the spot. If you didn't think this jutsu packed a serious punch (especially that tongue), let me give you a demonstration. Danzo used , yet susano'o was able to completely tank the attack without falling or budging; However, mei's suiton was able to propel madara's susano'o through the air at high speed. That right there gives an idea of just how much force is put behind this crush-stab attack. Without a defence, the opponent will no doubt be killed on the spout. In fact, due to the size of the attack, an entire group of enemies can be killed in one shot. Now, tobirama's attack does have it's advantages, and is very powerful. As shown with ma, it has the potential to slice through concrete but, due to the size of mei's suiton, and the methods of dealing damage (crush + stab as opposed to simply slashing), I think it's pretty clear that mei's suiton is, by quite a considerable marjin, better.

Quality > Quantity.

Mei's suitons have more water to them.

Mei's Suiton clearly outclasses Tobirama's by a massive percenatge. Cutting through the Shinju roots is not as impressive as you think, since Samehada performed the same thing.

Her scale's just bigger, that's it. Tobirama clearly has larger chakra reserves than Mei, and the size of an elemental jutsu correlates with the amount of chakra put into it. Once there's a need for Tobirama to spit out Suiton on a large scale, it'll be enormous.

Hashirama's Mokuton was measly in Part One. Now, it can dwarf Bijuu.

Hashirama was in a super weak state in part 1.

Oh I see what you were getting at with that. But still based on feats for now.
xD I'm hoping Tobirama gets a chance to show off large scale Suiton.

Mei > Tobirama in Suiton techniques. That's my opinion.

who cares her suiton is far larger, tell me this you have to try to tank Mei's huge suiton or Tobirama's less large suiton which do you pick? and your life is on the line here

What if the larger the stream, the less concentrated it is meaning less power and the smaller the stream, the more concentrated it is meaning more power?

Having more chakra doesn't always mean your techniques will be bigger, it comes down to overall skill. Mei is just a water expert/master, definitely my favourite water style user.

And we have no idea how much chakra she has, the fact that she can use 2 blood lines and perform high level/mass water techniques (she used lava , vapour and water style all against Madara) shows that she has massive chakra. "Because he's Senju" is no argument, nothing implies that Mei has more or less chakra so let's not make assumptions like that.

Kisame's > Mei's Feats > Kakashi's feats > Tobirama's feats (he's just had the least screen time, nothing we can do about that). I could even make a case for Suigetsu and then2nd Mizukage.

Lmao, skill? Right. She's used 3 Suiton techs and they're basic as heck. They're just bigger.

Lemme know the next time she fights for a full day, or just makes the room shake by raising her chakra levels.

Everything portrays Tobirama to have the larger reserves and the bigger the scale = the more chakra required. Common sense.

You're talking as if those weapons and techniques aren't strong? In the case of the Gunbai, a weapon is only as powerful as it's user so unless you want to make yourself look foolish by suggesting Madara is weak, I'd step back if I were you.
Weak excuse; unless you suggest Madara's physical strength to be far above Obito's, which isn't even remotely hinted. Even when wielded by Madara, its physical power isn't above an ordinary blade [ ]; due to having a dull edge, it's actually below. The truth is that Shinjuu was cut by regular swords or weapons possessing no sharpness at all, making it no more durable than a regular tree. Suidanha cutting those branches is far from special.

It's becoming apparent that people are still under the impression that Mei has better Suiton feats than Tobirama.

First off, it should be noted that Mei has displayed two Suiton whereas Tobirama has displayed three Suiton techs.

Mei:

...and Suiryuudan -

As for Tobirama...

Suidanha

Suijinheki -

Suiryuudan -

But the difference isn't just in the number of techniques known to the two Kages, but in their accomplished feats. Mei's Suiton has shown better defensive capabilities, i.e. Against Madara's high level Katons but Tobirama has shown better offensive capabilities, i.e. cutting through multiple large Shinju branches with ease.

At the end of the day though, Kisame's feats trumps both of them in Suiton ability, showing a much more versatile range.

You forgot Mei's hidden mist technique, that makes it three does it not?

So many people on here think size = power but this is clearly not the case, because that would make Odama Rasengan more powerful than Chou Mini Bijuudama

oodama rasengan is stronger than rasengan, size matters

why compare two different techniques?, the only thing rasengan and bijuu dama have in common is the spherical shape
rasengan is wildly spinning chakra while bijuu dama is black and white chakras in a ratio of 8:2 in condensed form
