Summoning Charm: - Supplementary

The Summoning Charm (Accio) was a charm that caused an object at a distance from the caster to fly into their arms. This spell needs thought behind it, the object must be clear in the caster's mind, before trying to summon. The charm works by the user targeting an object as he speaks and using his mahou to mark it and act as a beacon, the item honing in on the user's location. This spell needs thought behind it, the object must be clear in the caster’s mind, before trying to summon. Should an item be within long range, it will take 1 turn to arrive. Should it not be on the battlefield, it will take 2. Cannot be used on items fueled with foreign chakra. Cannot be used as a substitute to the various summoning techniques.

"Now, you forgot some stuff at home and your Professor wants it, what do you do? You Accio it. Accio, or the Summoning Charm, is a charm used to bring forth an object from afar. To do so, have an image of it in your mind, picture it, and summon it. The object is marked with mahou and you will act as a beacon for it to come to you. Within Long range, the object will take 1 turn to arrive. So bring something from your dorm here."

I said, as I crossed my arms, and waited patiently.
Yamraiha was proud of herself, and it was definitely noticeable through the grin she had forming on her face. "...Accio?" She read somewhere about this charm and knew that this could be very handy in the near future since she always seems to forget where she left her stuff at. So, she took a deep breath, closed her eyes and pictured a knife she had laying somewhere in her dorm. It wasn't a regular knife though... it was her favorite. When the object was crystal clear seen in her mind, she opened her eyes and swung with her wand and spoke out "Accio!"

"Must arrive shortly. Watch out for your head tho... you don't want the thing I summoned in... your body kuku..."

Banishing Charm: - Supplementary

The Banishing Charm (Depulso) is the counter-charm to the Summoning Charm. As Accio summons objects to the caster, Depulso sends objects away, backwards to mid range away. Unlike the Summoning Charm, which can summon specific objects from anywhere, the Banishing Charm banishes whatever the wand is aimed at. This works by creating a semi circle around the user, filling his short range radius as he wills it forward in the direction his wand is aimed, pushing outwards as it repels anything unranked or up to B rank, pushing it back with equal momentum as it possesses.

"That kid with the books? Blast him to oblivion with Depulso, or the Banishing Charm. A counter charm of Accio, it sends objects away to Mid range, based on where the wand is aimed at. The kid is busy picking up his book from the hit. He even gave her the stink eye.

Yamraiha felt the dark aura returning, surrounding her professor. Just a little longer, before she could challenge him to a duel. "Kukuku..." Depulso seemed nice... pushing things away, another strong trait Yamraiha has. She listened carefully to the instructions and focused her attention back to what the kid was doing. So, without much effort, a semi circle would surround her as she swung with her wand like a lil girl enjoying a one man performance. Once the semi circle surrounded her, she would yell "Depulso!" causing the kid to get struck by the powerful charm and blasted backwards in the process.

"SERVES YOU RIGHT YOU FILTHY MUDB..."

She paused and tried to regain her composure. "Excuse me, professor."

"Want to hit someone in the face, and stun them without killing them? Use Stupefy, or the Stunning Charm. Widely used around here in brawls, this charm hits back the targeted person and cause some nonfatal injuries. A crimson jet of Mahou is unleashed from the wand and whatever struck is hit back five meters. When used on solids, they can burst, or explode outwards. Hit that statue you lifted from before, it makes for a good dummy, doesn't it?"

"T... the dark lord?" She never heard of that name. Was it a dark man? A rather sinister one? She was sure to ask her professor later on about this man. Without further ado, she would turn her concentration back on the statue and pointed her wand to where the statue was located. She took a deep breath and screamed out "Stupify!" With a swift sweep, a crimson red jet would emit from her wand, forcing the statue to break in pieces.

"Professor, can you tell me more about this dark lord?"

Oh, yes. Ones outside the House of Slytherin are not indoctrinated into the beliefs of the Dark Lord in the same way. To some, he remains but a distant yet powerful figure, others, know him well as they submitted to him.

"Well done with the spell. Oh, you wish to know of the Dark Lord? Hm."

My face becomes serious as I swing my wand in a circle before me, conjuring forth moving images, depicting his past life.

"Welcomed into this world as Tom Riddle, the Dark Lord was a man of genius and ambition. Receiving little love from the Muggles, Tom was left to orphanage from a young age. Found by Albus Dumbeldore, one of the old legends before our time, Tom was brought to Hogwarts, where he would become the legend he is today. Put into House Slytherin, Tom was liked by all, but of course, carried his dark nature deep within him."

Yamraiha listened in awe. Her eyes started sparkling as if she was mesmerized. "Lord Voldemort?" It was amazing, a man spoken of like her professor did could only mean that he was a terrifying being, one she could get inspiration and ideas from. "One day, I shall go meet that man and ask him for a duel. He might know more about what's going on in this wicked head of mine and he might know more about my dead parents..." The name Voldemort kept bouncing back and forth in Yamraiha's mind, it was strange... something like this never happened before. It was truly impressive.

She was still naive, thinking to take on the Dark Lord, even in a duel, would be suicide. But fine. Perhaps it was what she needed. Perhaps what she lacked. She now understood the hierarchy, and it was as such.

"We will meet with the Dark Lord soon enough, don't you worry. Now, let's move on to the next charm, shall we?"

Human Presence Revealing Spell: - Supplementary

The Human-presence-revealing Spell ( Homenum Revelio ) is a charm which reveals human presences in the surrounding environment. The spell creates a quick, near instant burst of energy that doesn’t cause injury or any negative effects, being released as a “wave” of mahou that spreads the field near instantly, allowing the user to be given a mental map of every enemy (clones included but not summons or otherwise non ninjas/samurais) on the field in that instant. That awareness pertains to the "geographical position" of the enemies towards the user and it lasts 3 turns, allowing the user to keep track of enemies even if they move up to 3x their normal speed. If, after the charm is used, more enemies appear in the field, they will not be detected by the technique.

"Ever wondered if there were more people around than you could see, perhaps hiding with something? Homenum Revelio, or Human Presence Revealing Charm. You will unleash a quick burst of Mahou which gives you a mental map of everyone in the vicinity. You can have their geographical position, even if they are moving at 3 times their speed. So there's that. Try it out."

Once she heard that she would meet the Dark Lord soon, she couldn't help but grin. "I have to learn everything as soon as possible, so I can be able to meet this Lord." She thought. Let's do this! She listened yet again to what her professor had to say and did exactly what she was asked. "Homenum Revelio~" with her wand stitched in front of her, she spoke out the needed words to trigger the charm. The moment a quick burst emitted from her wand, she could suddenly see who was present. "Amazing..." she would look if there was any suspicious presence around, but all clear.

"x3 speed, meaning that this is stronger than regular sensing?"

A ruthless man, ruthless indeed. As her professor targeted the classroom, Yamraiha chuckled and made herself ready. This must put a little strain on her body, because it was a high ranked spell but she was more than ready. She tried to control her breathing while pointing her wand towards the classroom. As she was trying to remain focused, a huge amount of mahou would build up through her entire body, eventually sending it all through her wand. "Diffindo" with a rather elegant sweep, a thin blue jet would come forth from her wand, successfully destroying the classroom with students within' "Muwahahahaha!!!" with her soft but yet piercing voice she bursted into laughter as she watched the classroom burn.

This allows the user to quickly release a burst of energy to destroy large attacks or to cause great damage to an opponent by creating an explosion on contact. This can only be used in mid or Long range and 3 times max. After usage, the user cannot use any S rank Charms the next turn and must wait two turns before reusing this.

"Hm, a bit more explosive than the other charms, Bombarda, or the Bombardment Charm is used to provoke explosions. Aimed with the wand, and released in the form of a dark jet of Mahou, once it impacts something, boom, a short range explosion. This rips the targeted item to shreds. Pretty bad ass. Yamraiha did what was was asked from her professor and focused a bit of her mahou through her arm. With another swing, she emitted a black jet from her wand which she targeted towards the statue that started to annoy her elder. This caused the entire statue to explode, resulting it to turn into mere rubble. "Impressive spell indeed..."

Description: Charms are a set of spells that adds certain properties to an object or creature. Charms are distinguished from Transfigurations in that a charm adds or changes properties of an object; it focuses on altering what the object does as opposed to what the object is. Successful casting of a charm is achieved through concentration, precise wand movements, and the proper pronunciation of an incantation. When in use for nearly all spells, mahou used takes the form of a beam of energy that (if it successfully hits the target) begins to "bewitch" upon contact. Divided and taught at different Years, the basic of Charms start at simply levitation while the higher ranks create a very powerful shield. Unless specifically noted, all charms can extend up to long range.

Levitation Charm: - Defensive

The Levitation Charm ( Wingardium Leviosa ) allows the user to target an object and lift it using mahou and chakra to do so. This allows even First years to lift items heavier then they normally would be able to. This allows the user to levitate and lift items in front of him should the need arise, proving him with either cover or a way to defend. Despite its strengths, however, the Levitation Charm has one notable flaw: it does not work on human beings. This can target items up to mid range away. It can't destroy or harm objects though it can be used to transform objects into projectiles. The object will leviate while focus is maintained preventing the use of simultaneous techniques.

Disarming Charm: - Supplementary

The Disarming Charm ( Expelliarmus ) is a charm which forces the target to release whatever they were holding at the time. This happens by the wave hitting the target and triggers a "knee jerk" reaction on contact that causes a muscle spasm that releases the weapon. The Disarming Charm causes whatever an opponent is holding at the time to fly high out of their reach, landing 5 meters away. The Disarming Charm always appears as a jet of red light; indeed, this is one of the things that makes it recognisable before the effects of the charm are seen. This can be used up to mid range away from the user.

This can only be used in mid or Long range and 3 times max. After usage, the user cannot use any S rank Charms the next turn and must wait two turns before reusing this.



Note: Nearly all Charms take the form of projectiles of mahou, and can be defended against like any other jutsu. For those that do not need to physically travel, their methods of defense varies based on the spell used. If the item targeted is within short range, the user is able to control said object nonverbally and without a wand as well. This can only be done by Year 6 and up Kisei.
Note: S rank applications are usable only by Year 5 Kisei and higher, A rank by Year 4, etc. .

Yamraiha was proud, she had finally mastered a few spells. Upon hearing her teacher pronounce "Transfiguration" she couldn't help but put this big smile on her face, ready whenever her elder was. "Aye sir"

I swing my wand forward, bringing forth a scroll containing some information on Transfiguration. I smiled and looked at the young girl.

"So, tell me a bit about it. Transfiguration has quite a few things involved, a bit more complex Mahou than Charms, and definitely one of my favorites besides Dark Arts."

Yamraiha took a deep breath and began to spurt out what she was thinking like a car without no break. "Transfiguration is the kind of mahou you can alter stuff with, you can change certain objects properties or spawn things from nothingness. However with this special kind of mahou you will have to be extra careful with because if you fail to pronounce a certain spell, or simply have not the power to do so then it can get pretty nasty." She giggled, and continued giving the knowledge she received from the many books she read through. "With Transfiguration you can also change your appearance, or as I said before; an object. A tail, wings, a beak. It's all possible. Making things appear and disappear? Why not? Transfiguration is the type of mahou that is pretty easy ONCE you get the gist of it, but better be careful before you turn yourself into a cup, khihi. How good are your skills in this field professor?"

A smile came onto my face, as I simply waved my hand around.

"I'd say I'm fair in terms of Transfiguration. It consists of four branches, Transformation, Conjuration, Vanishment and Untransfiguration. We'll start with Transformation."

Transformation - Supplementary ( D - S )

Thought of as the most basic of the four types of Transfiguration, transformation spells focus on deforming the physical features of an object. All Transformation spells are triggered with the spell ( Permuto ). Transformations are divided within 2 types, easily seen based on their applications and targets. The first Basic Transformations, reminiscent of the Transformation and Combination jutsus, are transformations that change the physical properties of a targeted item. This allows the user to change the properties of an item to give it new traits or properties. The user is able to transfigure a solid into a liquid or another solid, a liquid into a solid or into a gas/another liquid, or a gas into a liquid or another gas, all of proportionate size and directed at speeds based on the natural speed of the item manipulated. These items can only be basic items in the sense of they cannot turn something into the properties of an element the user does not have, nor can they change the properties of something created by another Kisei unless with equal or higher power/chakra. Of course, the amount of chakra used must exceed the amount of chakra present in the object being transformed for any change unless the object has no chakra present in it at all ( like a simple chair, stone, pool of water, etc ) in which case it is transformable with a simple D rank application of the spell for small things A for larger things. With an S rank application, the user is able to transfigure his own person and take on temporary enhancements such as using mahou to transfigure his upper body into that of a shark, or his legs into that of a bear, etc, and can only lasts up to 2 turns each usage and can only be used 3 times. The second, Switching greatly resembles general transformation, but with with two main differences: firstly, the features of the two targets are switched simultaneously; secondly, the change in one of the pair is dependent on a change in the other. For example, if the armor on a statue is targeted with the user's clothes, then the two items will be "switched", akin to the outcome of Substitution jutsu. The only restrictions applied specifically to this type the items must be of comparative size and within mid range of one another. Transformations of any kind can only be used once every 2 turns and cannot target sentient (living) beings besides the user and summonings.

Yamraiha was pretty impressed. Her professor mentioned something she never heard of before. "S-switching?" She tried to picture all the books she read and tried to zigzag through the thought, but nothing came in mind. Once she was about to scratch her hair, a scroll came her way. With a rather bloodthirsty expression, she grabbed the scroll with her right arm, landing right in between her index finger and middle finger. Her nails were now completely exposed to her professor and they were rather long, pointy, scary and kind of disgusting to look at. "Don't you dare to ever throw an object towards a woman again!" Her piercing voice echoed through the building, and she would instantly bow down. "Excuse me for my behavior, professor. I'm rather short tempered. But please, explain this switching to me since I never heard about it. Has it something to do with switching objects/yourself from place to place? Like the substitution technique?"

She was definitely an odd individual at times. I couldn't help but shake my head at the thought of her becoming a full fledged witch.

"Eh, you're weird. Somehow that works for you. Anyway, Switching. You basically change the properties of the targeted objects, acting like a substitution technique however objects switched must be of similar size. So for example, switching your clothes out with that of an armor on a statue. Only up until Mid range though."

I said, as I waved my hand around.

"Now, utilize Transformation, change the properties of something."
