It's a close battle but I think Minato would win, due to summoning advantages. He's not good at SM as he said, but he can summon Ma and Pa to gather Natural Energy for him just like Jiraiya, and that buff comes with: heightened sensory, collaboration techniques and stronger base techniques. Tobirama needs time-prep to prepare a far radius to teleport, which he can't do it since he admitted inferiority to Minato in that, leaving him open to any Jutsu's Minato can throw at him.

I think its pretty clear what he's talking about. And even more if we talk about Tobirama, who invented kage bunshin, edo tensei, a lot of water jutsus, FTG... Probably most of the kinjutsus are his creation.

None of this matters, especially the Shunshin part. All frogs are diced by Suidanha, Minato's SM time of a few seconds and SM by itself isn't enough to allow him to tag Tobirama. Alive Minato vs Tobirama would be a FTG contest on who tags and kills the other first, sp the one with the better reactions wins... which is Tobirama, by a good amount.

Minato's Sennin Mode is very bad.

Tobirama hasn't power up like Minato , if Tobirama would have Sennin Mode , he would destroy completly Minato.
And it's not normal , Tobirama is a great Ninja , a Shinobi Arts expert , and he has never searched to have Sennin Mode like his brother ? it's just because Kishi want that Minato be stronger than Tobirama.

Ma and Pa can fuse with MInato and gather NE for him just like they did with JIraiya. Databook made it clear that this is Ma and Pa ability not JIraiya so nothing stops them for doing same with MInato.
SM puts MInato above Tobirama.

I never denied that Tobirama beats MInato in battle but that doesnt mean he is overall stronger.
Edo tensei + Gojo bakafuda shits on any frog summon. And Tobirama's reflexes >>> Minato's. So if we talk about battle, Tobirama wins. If we talk about overall stronger:
Tobirama has sword abilities (as showed against indra), high reflexes enough to react to Juubito, edo tensei (>>>>>>> normal summons lol), Han's soul jutsu, water, bunshins, smart AF, gojo bakafuda.

I agree with Tobirama having more firepower.
However :
1) It was said in part 1 that Orochimaru improved Tobirama´s Edo tensei. We saw Hashirama and Tobirama performance in part 1 against old alive Hiruzen. There were fodders compared to their later edo form where they were bring with almost full power.
This pretty much means that Tobirama edo is even worse that Orochimaru part 1.If Hashirama was so huge fodder compared to his later form than Tobirama edo is garbage. Not to mention Tobirama and Hashirama were legendary shinobies. Tobirama needs someone very strong in order to be decent threat as edo.
Not to mention Minato already menaged to seal Kurama so sealing some fodders wont be problem.He has huge knowledge in fuinjutsu as shown in manga couple times and stated that he learned sealing from Jiraiya and Kushina Uzumaki.
2. Minato SM is not shitty. He is perfect sage he only cant maintain it for long time.Thats where Ma and Pa come into play. They can collect NE for him allowing him to stay in SM forever just like with Jiraiya. Databook clearly shows that this is Ma and Pa ability that has nothing to do with users.They could do it on JIraiya and if Kurama didnt reject them they would do same with Naruto during Pain fight.
With SM he has
- Superhuman strength
- Improved Ninjutsu,Taijutsu and Genjutsu
- Ability to use Frog Kata
- Better sensing
MInato reflexes were already OP. With SM logically they are above Tobirama´s .
3. Ma and Pa genjutsu can one shot Tobirama. Minato can tag Ma or Pa with FTG and keep teleporting them while they can prepare genjutsu.

1. That's irrelevant because his Edos aren't fighting Minato. He's using them for explosions. They are bombs. He can try and seal them away, but he'll need to get close and when he does he goes boom due to GOjo.
2. None of what you said matters.
-Superhuman strength? Taijutsu and Genjutsu? He doesn't use Genjutsu, and Taijutsu and strength don't matter against Tobirama when the first person who gets tagged will most likely die or take a heavy hit. They don't help him catch Tobirama so they don't matter. You can argue that it makes it easier to kill him once he's caught him, but Tobirama wouldn't survive one of Minato's strikes in Base anyway.
-That logic makes no sense. Minato's reflexes being OP doesn't mean that they are above Tobirama's with SM. Tobirama's best feat is reacting to a JJ. SM Minato has no feat better than that. SM Minato isn't faster than KCM Minato who got raped in CQC by Obito while Tobirama reacted to him and tagged him. Tobirama is faster than SM Minato.
3. Assuming Minato can run from someone faster than him long enough to do that, then there's the fact he needs to run away long enough to summon them like Jiraiya had to do, and during that he has to keep his hands clapped together.
