@ bold If he already knew that he'd teleport to those markings INSTANTLY. Why would he be surprised that his full speed was countered? That should have been his initial strategy.
Afterwards he states the obvious of something he already knew. That's illogical. While I see what you mean, it doesn't make sense as to how things transpired.
Like I said. Minato being able to teleport instantaneously doesn't mean that he can activate the jutsu instantaneously. Ay was surprised that Minato was fast enough to react, which let him use Hiraishin, which let him evade Ay's attack. Minato vs Juubito is a perfect example.
