He's got the Itachi thing going on. OP, but his flaw is his heart. Itachi was arrogant enough to think his way was the only way and Minato tries to burden everything on himself. Naruto had to have gotten it from somewhere and when Minato was revived we saw that trait even more bluntly than we did when he got ready to die.

Minato is far from perfect.

He failed to be there with obito and kakashi when they had to go save rin and could have stopped obito from "dying" and prevent all of this from happening.

He aslso failed in being there for kakashi and rin when they were attacked by rain ninjas and rin being made into jinjuriki. Had he been there he could have easily have taken the three tails out of her without having to be killed.

The fact that he lat madara live even though he knew how evil madara is is a flaw. The fact that he cherished madara's life over his own (and maybe is his brother) is a flaw.

Well the only time we got to see anything about him was him as a shy kid, with his wife, and during times that the whole village/world could be destroyed you can't really get to know a character from those moments
