Minato seems too 'perfect'

He's a cool guy and all, but he doesn't seem to have any flaws yet. Minato's personality seems like the perfect one that all leaders have and people always look up to someone like that. But with people like Hashirama, Tobirama and Hiruzen who all passed down the will of fire, they have all been shown to have a personality flaw. Hashirama being too lenient, Tobirama being too cautious, and Hiruzen not taking control. Minato has yet to be shown one and for that he just comes across to me as 'too good' anyone else agree?

I have this issue with him too, which is why I find it hard to like his character. I'm going to say this; just let him get more screen time so his personality can be shown. So far, we've only seem him in serious situations so he naturally is serious.. Other then the time he decided to name that combo jutsu...
