Tobirama and Hashirama made clones to stop madara, and they made sure to push themselves so that they can made as many clones as possible, said by themselves

Minato on the other hand only made one clone so that the clone can maintain the barrier while the original himself went to slash obito

in BM mode his chakra is comparable to hashirama as when Naruto was using the yin kyuubi chakra hashirama said it himself

That was never stated.
Unlike tobirama, hiruzen and hashi he never said this is my limit.
He only needed one since obito was already marked. Logically he'd make the same amount of clones kcm naruto made, even more since when in that state the user doesn't use their chakra but the beasts chakra.
