1) Firstly the point about being perfectly still to collect natural energy is legit, at first i thought minato used the time madara was talking to obito to collect natural energy and knead senjutsu chakra but i hadnt taken into account the kunai throw

so that either means that minato was collecting natural energy while moving which would render the "prep time" excuse as null and void since he can enter sage mode simultaneously while fighting and not only that it would blatantly contradict the established fact that you need to be still before entering sage mode

or the better and the more logical explanation is that he did it after the kunai throw, while it may seem like a short time its a lot in fights whose outcomes are based on fraction of seconds

What the most probable reason for revealing a sage mode imo is that it will be used in conjunction with Hiraishin stage three since it was stated to be capable of creating an opening while naruto and maybe sasuke will utilize the opening

Yes you need two eyes to AWAKEN susanoo that is true, but afterwards you can use susanoo without eyes being in your socket as it has already been used. The proof is when Madara did it himself. It has never been stated that you need two eyes to USE it after you AWAKEN it.
