i feel like his plan couldve worked if he was fighting minato alone cause with the lightning armor minato couldnt place a seal on him. and that is the only other way use ftg to my knowledge anyway.

i think its safe to assume minato knew about the lightning armor so its pretty obvious he would have injured A if

4 fight idk who wins coz speed is not everything in fight. Minoto has alleast all abilities of jiraiya. The difference between both is ftg and sage mode. They both just give up on draw.

the fact that it takes so long to get into sage mode will screw jiraiya over. once he's in sage mode, minato teleporting around won't do much because jiraiya can use sage mode to sense his location... but before that, he might not be fast enough to prevent himself from getting beaten. if he used shadow clones + his barrier cleverly, he could do it, maybe. i'm not sure about this one.

What some people aren't realizing is that Minato has way more than FTG and rasengan. He had at least one element he was extremely proficient with (probably wind) and possibly more because he was a kage. He was the greates fuinjutsu user we have seen, he had amazing chakra control and a large chakre reserve. He could summon all the toads like Jiraiya, he was faster and had FTG.

And this is just a theory I have based off of information in the manga but Minato most likely was a sage as well.

Actually yeah, I agree. Although I don't necessarily think that Minato is *way* faster than him once he's in sage mode.

didn't nagato was related to that prophecy blabbing?and he seemed to hate toad as seen at his fight with j-man. as far as what we've seen in manga,there's no solid proof that shows minato mastered SM.SM is not KG. everyone can masters it.

Minato would win hands down. He's too fast for Jiraiya. Jiraiya wouldn't be able to touch Minato plus he would get smashed by Rasengan and toad summoning. But there is one question, if both of them knew sage mode, then who would get to use the toad fusion? Jiraiya or Minato?
