Nice sarcasm Blaze and thanks for the compliment xd Anyway it's pretty sad that this thread had to be made in the first place. Anybody with common sense should know that nobody is immune to genjutsu.

I'll try that. Hope it works..tnx

Meh im going bed now.

First of all, Minato is NOTimmuneto genjutsu. Fans are trying to argue whether he can be caught by it or if he can be TRAPPEDby it. Not getting trapped is definitely different from being immune. While it’s true that those on your list were actually caught by a genjutsu, none of them may have the skill to escape from it. Please remember that every shinobi have different skill set.

Let’s take a look at your example on Hiruzen. A Kage caught by a genjutsu. A good example to show that a Kage level can still be caught by a genjutsu though he was able to escape from it through the use of his other senses. The technique used was different from other genjutsu because it exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight only and not the brain that’s why he was able to use other senses to track down Hashirama. Now, place Minato on Hiruzen’s position. Can he escape that easily? Yes, he can because of FTG, hence, no technique like Bringer-of-Darkness can TRAP him. In this example, it’s very clear that every shinobi possesses different skill set.

Let’s now go to the second part of the thread about what happened with the battle between Tobi and Minato. We may wonder why Tobi did not/ was not able to use genjutsu against Minato. In here, we may need the help of LOGIC and COMMON SENSE.

Here is the question a Minato fan will ask that makes sense.
Why was Tobi not able to use genjutsu against Minato?
Here are the answers of different people:
1. Plot
2. Tobi did not intend to use it (very dumb answer with no logic behind it)
3. He was not able to because he was controlling Kurama

Tobi was a proficient genjutsu user. Your claim that he has not shown true skill in genjutsu is absurd. He was able to control Kurama and Yagura (considered to be a perfect jinx). It was said that Madara controlled Kurama after gaining EMS. Logic will tell you that Madara=EMS=Kurama=Tobi

Let’s check the answers one by one.
1. Why call Tobi vs Minato a plot? We’re following a story here right? Why not view it as a HINT? This is the only chapter that we can see Minato in action. Kishi until now did not reveal Minato’s true skill, lineage, etc..He’s a complete mystery. Every little detail about Minato can be used to uncover his mystery.
2. Tobi did not intend to use it is a complete BS. A very dumb answer.Why? Because it defeats Tobi’s purpose.
3. Tobi had all the time to cast genjutsu on Minato when he took Naruto. Once again, He was not able to do it and not casting a genjutsu on the strongest man of the village is definitely a bad choice and with no logical reason at all. Tobi’s advantage was his genjutsu, yet he failed to use it before, during the fight, and after the fight.

Now, what do you think is the most LOGICAL reason why Tobi failed to use genjutsu on Minato? There should be a reason behind it other than a PLOT. PLOT doesn’t make sense and with no logical reason behind it.

Where is the LOGIC the ITACHI fans are screaming? Is there a logic behind a PLOT? Where is the logic behind it? Does it makes sense?

I know this will lead to Minato vs Itachi. I would love to have a debate against you. Let’s show other members how we can apply logic to support our claims. If you accept my challenge, it would be an honor. Let’s see who can apply more logical reasons. In this way, we can end all Minato vs Itachi threads. This is a favor I ask from you. Let's settle this with a quality debate.

This x20. Another logical conclusion that I've been stating is that Minato wasn't dumb enough to look into the eye of who he though was Madara, the greatest of the Uchiha.

To those who say why didnt he use it against minato, therefore minato is immune. Ask yourself this, why did he use this against Fu and Torune, and team kakashi or are all of them immune to genjutsu aswell. Basically saying minato is immune because tobi didnt use it is basically saying team kakashi, fu and torune, bee and gai are also immune, but there is one slight problem.

Team kakashi consisted of, Kakashi, Yamato, Sai, Sakura, Hinata, Naruto, Shino, kiba;

If you can remember what Chiyo told Naruto about how to fight a sharingan user then it can enlighten your mind. Remember that they were in a GROUP.

If they are all immune to genjutsu, since tobi didnt use, then explain this;
Sakura genjutsu;

Sakura was the only one there. No need to argue about that

Bringer of Darkness does not affect the victim's mind.Just their eyesight.

Naruto didn't actually use a inside Itachi's genjutsu. In case you didn't know,most genjutsu take place inside the mind. You need to shake off the Yin dominating your chakra system before you can do anything in reality.

Okay, I agree with the Genjutsu argument and everything.

But I disagree that the base consists of a majority of Minato fanboys. There are more Uchiha fanboys. Especially Itachi's fanboys. And I've been longer than you here, and that's I'm sure about. There are more Itachi fanboys on NB than Minato fanboys.

Majority thinks otherwise.

Many>one.

To be honest, I'm seeing you as a moron but I can change my view once you prove me wrong..one way to do it man, settle the score with me...prove to me that your intelligent enough not to be called moron. We'll I can upgrade it to the next rank of being a moron..:flaw:

Debating with a fool never gets you that far. This thread alone should've put things into perspective. I've changed my mind about you being in the top 3 dumbest minato fans, you are however the dumbest. Don't take this as an insult because its actually true. For the sake of nb id like to think you a troll and instead not take what you seriously, not that I did to begin with

That guy believe it or not is very similar to you. I just brush his posts aside and due to this has decided to honour me with a thread. Not to disappoint you but im a dude. Cannot remember saying im a girl :rolleyes:. Ive on a few occasions declined friend requests, because i dont want to be associated with them and you are no different. It would be a wise idea to save your friend request :)

I agree with you in every single point very good thread thanks god you exist + rep for the hard work too but you are wrong in just one point tobi was trying to controll the bijuu with the rinngenan paths and not the sharingian that s why he hadend full control and then he used sharingan check the eye on the panel however i still belive and its been stated that to control 9 tails you need mangekyou sharingan and no 3 tombe user can t do it no one beacouse its been also stated that you need tsukyomi to control the kyubi and we all know that no matter how hard tobi tryes to train his three tome sharingan he could never match normal 3 tome genjutsu with tsukyomi even with hashirama cells that boost chakra as for the other tailed beast we know it doesn t require tsukyomi because it only said 9 tails and not the other and tobi is controlling them with the 3 tome + if you notice carefully in the part were tobi is controlling kyubi kishi is hidding kurama s eyes now what does that tells us anyway +rep i respect you cuz you talk with facts not fanboyism

Also you could argue that the control of the 9 tails limited his use with the genjutsu. If you go back to his recent fight's its clear that the control of a tailed beasts requires alot of effort and him casting controlling the 9 tails with genjutsu obviously must have limits him the same way it does here;

Finally every fight has an element of plot no jutsu to it. Tobi couldve killed naruto when he had him in his arms, yet he threw him in the air. If he killed naruto, then there wouldnt be a show. Similarly if he controlled minato instead of the fox, then nobody couldve stopped him. Similarly he couldve easily stalled minato the same way he did to team kakashi and not attack meaning he doesnt need to solidify therefore he stays intangible[/QUOTE]
