And like i've said, he was talking about a general case. If someone show me a link where he says "Raikage in V2 has better reflexes", then i will agree with you. Otherwise i don't agree with that. Even if we assume that he was talking about V1, nothing proves that V2 upgrade his reflexes(it only upgrade his speed to be able to react quickly), like nothing proves that even if it upgrades, it becames greater than Minatos. Your logic is embarassing. So i wait for the link where it's stated that Raikage has better reflexes

Just think about what C said. He says that he is surprised that they can keep up. He then says Raikage has augmented is reflexes so they wont be able to keep up. So evidently, the first comment was of Raikage's V1 and the second comment was of Raikage's V2. And C's comment alone proves that it upgrades his reflexes aswell.
V1 and V2 is just a name people have given to it... in reality all the Raikage is doing is increasing the amount of lightning he uses, which increases all the effects of Raiton Armor. Not that hard to understand really.

Raikage started his fight off in V1 right? So when C says "reaction speed are on par with Konoha's yellow flash.. impressive these folks are keeping up", he is talking about V1 armor. He then says "But Lord Raikage has manipulated raiton chakra to augment his reflexes! Not even the sharingan will be able to keep up with him." Which means that Raikage can increase is reflexes even more, to the point where the Sharingan cant keep up with him.
And of course it further increases is reflexes aswell... all he is doing is pushing more lightning into his body. Everything which the Armor effects, will be increased.

I see where you are coming from, but Minato did dodge a V2 attack. That means his reflexes are up to par with V2. If his reflexes were V1, how could he dodge a V2 attack? Basically what C says is contradictory to the fact that Minato dodged a V2 attack, because if what C says is true, Minato shouldn't have been able to dodge the V2. We're dealing with Minato's actions (in dodging V2) vs what C says about Minato. Personally, I put more stock in things that actually occurred in fights rather than what a minor character has to say about the situation.

He turned around fully before he was even hit. Sasuke was too exhausted to move slightly out of KB's range of attack? Are you serious?

Minato dodging Raikage doesn't mean he has V2 reflexes...
Like I said many time, there are many factors in dodging a punch, such as distance, speed, length of arm etc.
What C said hasn't contradicted anything. Just because you have slower reflexes, doesn't mean you cant dodge it. If that was the case, every boxing match would have 1 opponent unable to dodge a hit of the other.

He won't bee looking into his eyes because he is at risk of getting caught in a Genjutsu? The Raikage was looking into Sasuke's eyes and he was not caught in a Genjutsu. Uchihas being able to cast a Genjutsu does not mean that they will always cast one.

The saying goes never look into a Uchihas eyes during battle. Where have you been. Sasuke, Itachi , Madara will happily turn on genjutsu in a fight anyone not smart enough to look them in the eyes.

I know that, but not everybody who has fought an Uchiha has been caught in a Genjutsu. Who's to say that not one of the 5 Kages has not looked into Madara's eyes? Unless they all trained with Guy.

One MS tech won't get him exhausted, but remember that he was severely wounded by Bee before that happened. A lot of things happened before he got his rib-cage broken. All this accounts for poor performance in battle.

Was Sasuke able to keep up with V1 Raikage? Yes. Was Sasuke able to keep up with V2 Raikage? No. So evidently he was talking about V2 Raikage.

Nah, Sasuke has got plenty of Stamina. He holds his eye every time he uses Tsukuyomi. Same with Itachi. I doesn't mean his is exhausted.

Where does it say Amaterasu is slower than the Raikage I mean?

amaterasu came close to Raikage, Raikage shifted a distance away from the flames leaving an after image, in the time it took Raikage to shift away, this after image was hit. Speed is distance divided by time, The distance between Amaterasu and the after image was less than the distance between Raikage and the after image when the image was hit, meaning that Raikage covered more distance than Amaterasu in the same time interval ergo Raikage is faster. I remember once explaining this to you a long time ago iSpeak.
