Do not confuse Body Flicker... with Space time.... Body flicker is extremely fast movement from one point to another, making it seem almost like teleportation..

The escaping of Sasuke's eyes is what i was arguing earlier anyway. Him teleporting would be way to much for Sasuke to keep up with as it was for Tobi and really anyone could. Tobi was a master of the Space time and yet was taken off guard. I agree with your Statement not being faster though.

I'm not saying that the Raikage V2 travels faster than Amaterasu, but it could be possible. Can't really say unless it's shown in the Manga.

According to you I'm not "smart", but I still proved you wrong.

Again: Minato > Raikage V2 and Raikage V2 > Amaterasu, then Minato > Raikage V2 > Amaterasu.

Shee said "Raikages reflexes are almost as good as yellow flash" That means that even if they are almost the same with Minatos, it's still lower. And like i've said, he was talking about a general case. If someone show me a link where he says "Raikage in V2 has better reflexes", then i will agree with you. Otherwise i don't agree with that. Even if we assume that he was talking about V1, nothing proves that V2 upgrade his reflexes(it only upgrade his speed to be able to react quickly), like nothing proves that even if it upgrades, it becames greater than Minatos. Your logic is embarassing. So i wait for the link where it's stated that Raikage has better reflexes

Okay, now see your argument. I just really do not think Minato would allow him too keep his eyes on him long enough. Tobi dodged Amer i think minato could. Good argument but i just think sasuke would not keep his eyes on him enough.

Like I and many others have said already, dodging an attack doesn't mean you have better reflexes than what you dodged.
There are many factors which go into dodging someone.
Example:
Sasuke dodges Bee's punch nicely.

Why did this happen the second time around? Because the distance between Sasuke and Bee was too short for him to react in time.

Why did this happen the second time around? Because the distance between Sasuke and Bee was too short for him to react in time.

Wasn't his back facing towards Bee, the he turned around when he heard him? And his hand was over his eye. That could be a sign of exhaustion.
