I can't take this as evidence because the anime is considered not valid in while trying to prove something in debates. Usually because it contradicts with the manga and that is the ultimate source. I will say however you can clearly see that the layer is being formed on top of it. Which just proves my point.

Well I can't always see things clearly in the manga, sometimes due to things being poorly drawn, the anime gives me a much clearer view and it isn't filler. It whatever, you can ignore it if you want.

There are definitely layers but it looks to me as simply skin covering the bones of the Susanoo. Plus the rib cages are clearly gone in complete Susanoo. There may be layers but there still seems to be plenty of space inside, otherwise Sasuke would suffocate in there.

It's a common misconception being used that Minato can simply teleport into Susanoo and finish someone off. I'm ending that myth.

I really don't know what to think man, the space in side a complete Susanoo looks massive to me, at least enough for 2 people.

From what I've seen the layers do disappear, maybe they are still there physically but they're definitely gone visually. And I belies that the absent layers must be pretty close together. I doubt there is that little bit of room inside Susanoo.

people seem to forget that Minato has Space Time barriers

Minato doesn't need to rush Susano'o when he has a technique like this. As you may know, this takes whatever is in the barrier and redirects it. ( perhaps a Susano'o arrow redirected towards Sasuke ). Susano'o itself can be entrapped and maybe even physical objects. Then the caster would have to waste chakra and risk going blind (if he doesn't have EMS) . Thinking Minato would rush straight into something like Susano'o is underestimating his intelligence. Also, we know that something like Amaterasu may not work on him due to sheer speed (ex. raikage).

i see what you are saying but have you considered the fact that the small ribcage itself gets larger when nearing the final form of susanoo? cause it seems like it
