as sasuke we know all his moves, itachi most of his moves, we dont even know all of minatos moves but he was able to tame the ninetales and defeat the masked man who killed konan in one day, remember when itachi ran away from jiraiya with kisame when sasuke was beaten up when he was young, i big toad can hold susanoo off, minato can move faster than amaterasu and like all genjutsu jus disturb ur chakra flow to get out of it, lets see more of minatos moves first before we confirm this debate, and remember sasukes susanoo is not complete

You guys do know Minato has to throw one of his kunais to teleport to it. How is he gonna do that before getting hit by a susanoo arrow? Also another method for FTG is to place markings on whereever you plan to teleport to and who's gonna give Minato the time to mark his seals all over the place? So FTG is out of the question. Minato is slaughtered by Sasuke or better yet, Jaraiya will try and save him and the arrow will peirce clean through both of em' and make it a bouble kill.
Jaraiya has a chance though. If he can summon the three great toads to occupy Itachi's and Sasuke's susanoo while he charges sage mode,he may be able to enter it. And (If the toads arent already dead or sealed) stall even more time to summon Ma andPa and initiate the toad song genjutsu.

those arrows are slow compared to minatos speed, and truely we havent seen minatos true abilities or any of the previous hokages for that matter, hiruzen sarutobi looked deadly at an old age against orochimaru, that shows the level a hokage is on, minato tamed the ninetails, itachi or sasuke cant do that, minato will jus teleport itachi sumwere ans seperate the brothers then seal susanoo away,
I'm not going to go into full argument here, but people seem to be underestimating Minato and Jiraiya. Jiraiya would wipe the floor with Sasuke. When Kisame was with Itachi at Tanazaku Gai or whatever the town was, they both retreated because Jiraiya showed up. Sasuke is reckless and mostly a big hitter kind of ninja. I don't recall many times in the series that Sasuke puts forth a tactical maneuver or something. So saying it's Jiraiya vs Itachi, and Minato vs. Sasuke, Sasuke gets demolished before he can blink.
I say this because the OP said sasuke doesn't have EMS as Itachi is alive and thus can't have his eyes taken by Sasuke for EMS.
If neither of the bros have ems, then they won't be blasting Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu all the time, lest they go blind for one measly battle. Minato would demolish Sasuke with superior intellect and attacks. Like I said, without being able to just fire off a Susanoo, Amaterasu, or Tsukiyomi without blinding themselves, the playing field is evened alot more. Flame away, I'm not a fanboy of either.

It was already stated by Itachi during the original Naruto series that Jiraiya could best him and Kisame on any day. This was without them knowing about Sage Mode. Sasuke is just a means of being there to look good, he isn't a great fighter like everyone makes him out to be. His hand-me-down power-ups don't even help him in battles, and eventually he needs some form of luck to win.
Jiraiya in Sage Mode and Minato Namikaze would win this fight. Even if Minato had to use the Reaper Death Seal to seal that poor little Uchiha's soul to do it! You Uchiha fans give them Uchiha's too much credit. They can't beat everyone!

Even if Minato's moves r not fully known its difficult to say that it would be an easy win for Minato and J-man. i would still say a 50-50 chance but either way sasuke is dead meat either way, he simply lacks the battle experience of the other 3. J-man is one of my fav characters but him being weaker than itachi is quite debatable. If Minato has to use death reaper seal means he is dead as well. In the end Minato is faster stronger and smarter then sasuke and itachi. with his knowledge of seals and FTG Minato and J man have that slight 2% edge

jiraiya has never heard of amaterasu and how will he counter genjutsu and susanoo same for minato. And people actually think minato could solo both. the definition of a fanboy
- First of all, Minato is faster than both of them even without FTG, so he has advantage in taijutsu. If he manage to put only once, one of his seals, he win and because of the fact he is faster than them, it's not impossible at all.
- Like the Raikage said, if someone is too fast the sharingan is useless. So genjutsu will be also useless because they can't follow. Minatos speed and reflexes decide this fact.
- Because Minato is faster than them and only needs one contact for the fight to be over, they will use Susanoo to protect themself obviously.
- Susanoo attacks are too slow to even have a chance to touch Minato(he uses teleportation in an instant. Nothing is faster than that). So Itachi and Sasuke will pass their time by wasting their chakras. That's where Minato has advantage. Because his attacks are not only effective, but they also didn't need too much chakra in the contrary of Susanoo. So if the fight continue that way, Minato will win because of the lack of stamina from the Uchiwa brothers(Itachi is the one who will fall first because he has the lowest stamina here)
And if they want to spend their chakra by not using Susanoo constantly, it will be an huge opportunity for Minato to take advantage with taijutsu and put his seals on one of them or even both of them. And if he manage that, the fight is almost over.
- Also when Itachi and Sasuke have nothing to touch Minato, Minato can find his way to get through Susanoo. He can either attack Susanoo from forward and where he is near it, he summons Gamabunta like he did against Kyubi(and Gamabunta is bigger than Susanoo), and with this method, he takes advantage from the confusion to blitz them and put his markings and finish the fight.
The other way is by taking his time. He can put his kunais or seals everywhere on the battlefield, and more the fight last long, more Itachi and Sasuke won't have anywhere to go because Minato could teleport himself everywhere.
It can even happen that they didn't notice where the seals are because it's not evident to see and they will be in continue stress of fighting Minato at the same time, so they can make errors of judgement. For example, if during the fight, someone/both of them don't notice a seal jutsu which is near them, Minato can take advantage of that and teleport inside the Susanoo and kill him.
Someone hasty like Sasuke for example could fail to notice it in time, and that will give an huge opportunity to Minato to teleport inside Susanoo and kill him.
Itachi is the one who is able to last longer because he is calm and intelligent when he fights. But even with his intelligent, more the fight will continue, more Minato will be at his advantage because it can possibly go to the way that there is nowhere else where Itachi could possibly go(if there are markings everywhere), so he could get kill too.
Also, in the contrary of Sasuke he lacks of stamina. So he could not maintain Susanoo for too long.
That's why i think Minato can solo this. :scorps:
