First of all, intel matters a lot lol but that's fine. I'll assume they have detailed intel. This is sort of tricky. In my mind, Hashirama > Madara, not by a whole lot, but he has beaten him before (don't try and say he was holding back, Kishi drew those panels of them fighting way before he even thought of making the Susano'o probably, and even so, it's hard to believe he was holding back against his favorite person to fight, besides the fact that he just loves fighting so much), and Itachi > Minato, but probably not by that much. It's always tricky to debate when Itachi is involved, because most characters don't have an answer to MS genjutsu, specifically Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi is short range, which is obviously the best case scenario when compared to it having a longer range, but it also means that Minato can't approach Itachi, unless Itachi refuses to use it on Minato, understanding that he is less of a thread than Hashi. In that case, Minato could separate Itachi from Madara and Hashi, purposefully keeping him out of short range of his partner. Itachi would obviously understand the strategy, and he might very well try and use his Susano'o to try and get back to within range, or simply use Tsukuyomi on Minato. If he were to use it, it would be a while before he could use it again, as it strains his eye significantly and costs a lot of chakra, something that Itachi does not have the luxury of freely wasting. In the case that Itachi uses Susano'o, Minato could easily dodge the Totska Sword with his Space Time jutsus, and potentially push him back with Kurama. Assuming Minato does his job of keeping Itachi away from Hashirama, the team of Hokages should win.
As a side note, I think that Madara wouldn't let Itachi join in against Hashirama (if he was physically able to) if he successfully dealt with Minato.
