That is Gai running at max speed.
"Madara would block/dodge it" is a dumb assertion considering when Gai started the charge, Madara wrapped himself in the Gudo Dama, thus he was incapable of moving regardless of the speed.
-Kunai is irrelevant.
-Kakashi was told to hold Minato's Kunai so Minato could protect him from Madara's attacks by warping in front of them. Holding a Kunai doesn't let Minato teleport people wherever he wants.

2. If he warped them then they would be seen near him after the warp. Not to mention he has to be touching them with his chakra to warp them. If we was touching them, then they all would've appeared at the same exact place.
