No idea, I haven't a clue on how Mihawk can handle his speed and light attacks but knowing Mihawk, I'd be extremely surprised if he wasnt adept at fighting extremely fast fighters being the best swordsman and all.

Anyone saying Mid-Diff for either side is being ridiculous.
Mihawk has shown he's a badass... He spars with Shanks for FUN.
Kizaru has never been serious even during Marineford.
It's high diff either way. I'm leaning towards Kizaru because of hos light speed which can be used to maintain distance.

The only admiral at the time I thought could beat mihawk (pre time skip) is garp and the red hound.
There is no way some that is on par with Ben B will significantly beat Mihawk/Shanks.

Hawk Eye can fight on par with Shanks ,Iam sure he can atleast use Kenbunshoku Haki to dodge Kizaru's attacks..
