No idea, I haven't a clue on how Mihawk can handle his speed and light attacks but knowing Mihawk, I'd be extremely surprised if he wasnt adept at fighting extremely fast fighters being the best swordsman and all.

Anyways, this is a nice match up but I would have to say Kizaru-extreme-diff. Just cause of the fact that Kizaru has a lot of long range attacks compared to Mihawk but if it's close range (Kizaru's sword) then Kizaru is literally f*cked.

Hawk Eye can fight on par with Shanks ,Iam sure he can atleast use Kenbunshoku Haki to dodge Kizaru's attacks..

I'm not denying he can't but what's the point? I mean the blast radius of kizaru's attacks would be to great to dodge; regardless or Miahwk's speed. Unless Mihawk has amazing based speed, which is plausible.

Hard to say. This fight comes down to who is quicker and whose haki is stronger.

Its a difficult choice to make but i have to go with Kizaru because not only does he have fast and strong defensive with his light light fruit but he can use it for offence as well.
