Lol no low/mid diffAnything that comes from your mouth is invalid as you thought Luffy would take out a yonko/admiral by himself at this current point.
Anyways WB would stomp Mihawk at mid/high-diff.
Low is outrageous. Mihawk isn't that weak. Shanks could even give WB a run for his money but I think WB would take Shanks high-diff. and mihawk mid. diff.Lol no low/mid diff
OT: haha lol nice joke:
There is also the possibility that he is slightly stronger than Shanks (which I believe to be true).People overrate mihawk
yes he is the strongest swordsman, and yes he used to spar with shanks, and early series he said that he wouldnt want to spar with shanks anymore because shanks was missing an arm, implying that mihawk was stronger than shanks at that point. Mihawk is obviously full of himself and it was the first time he saw shanks in years so he couldnt know how much stronger shanks was at that point.
We also know that Blackbeard left the scars on shanks face, but that was when shanks was super young. Shanks is clearly stronger than BB at the point of Marineford, so we really dont know if shanks surpassed mihawk or not, but since in OP you can go from barely beating Arlong to barely beating croco boy in a couple of weaks, we can assume that shanks has surpassed mihawk because shanks is still conquering places in the NW while mihawk sits around sometimes cutting up fodder. He doesnt seem to be improving as much as shanks
Considering that Mihawk may not be as strong as shanks means he wouldnt come close to whitebeard
Pull your head out of your ass and stop underestimating Mihawk. What you said only applies to Prime WB not the old-aged/sick one.People overrate mihawk

While I do agree that Mihawk is above average Admiral level I wouldn't say what we have seen so far from Fujitora would make him a swordsman, to me he is, so far, a normal DF user, even if the DF is dependant on the sword his true power isn't swordsmanship, it's the OP DF, GravityThere is also the possibility that he is slightly stronger than Shanks (which I believe to be true).
How can you not rank Mihawk above the admirals? Even though Isshou is a swordsman and he IS an Admiral yet Mihawk is stronger? And then he rivals Shanks (obviously greater than an Admiral)
All of that while being old, sick, and having heart attacks..Whitebeard........ You mean the white beard that fought the admirals and won against three of them..... That whitebeard!?!? The man that was so feared by the world government and navy, they waged a full out war just to kill him.
The whitebeard who was a par with the pirate king gold D roger.
White beard fought the admirals/navy/warlords while he was sick, dying, and old and still caused unbelievable damage (including fighting the admirals and hammering them), I am not sure if you read the manga, but in the end whne white beard dies (while freaking standing up) it sums up them total damage/wounds he received in the battle........ That number is amazing!!!!!!

Do you class Law as a swordsman? If you do then there is no reason why you should not class Isshou as a swordsman. While I do agree that Mihawk is above average Admiral level I wouldn't say what we have seen so far from Fujitora would make him a swordsman, to me he is, so far, a normal DF user, even if the DF is dependant on the sword his true power isn't swordsmanship, it's the OP DF, Gravity
The Admirals are not named after main attributess such as how they fight or the weapons they use. Their names mean next to nothing (a la Kuzan, Sakazuki, Isshou and Borsalino). Their codenames are simply given in accordance to how they view and follow Marine "Justice" and their Devil fruits (Magma = red as one example). Isshou has been shown to use his sword to amplify or concentrate gravity to a singular point. A swordsman would keep a sword at the heart of their combat style. And Isshou does just that.a character is probably named after his main attribute, even if Luffy carried a sword he would stip predominately be a DF user, so far Fujitora didn't do anything with a sword, you could say he ''is'' a swordsman because he carries a sword but from what we have seen up until now it would be far more sensible to just call him a DF user with a sword
I think that right now:btw Rinnemakiwould you agree if I said that the current top 3 in OP verse are Dragon, Shanks and Mihawk (no particular order and ignoring the possibility of Kong and the Gorosei)? ... just interested in your opinion, forgot what you wrote on the last top x thread
I don't class him as a swordsman really, what makes him is his DF not his sword, you could call him a swordsman but if you want to describe him as a fighter noone would say swordsman, everyone would say Ope Ope userDo you class Law as a swordsman? If you do then there is no reason why you should not class Isshou as a swordsman.

I think that right now:
1. Dragon
2. Mihawk
3. Shanks
4 and 5 are Kaidou and Big Mam
Well since both Law and Isshou use a sword at the heart of their fighting style and they are crucial to their fighting styles ; I regard them as swordsmen.I don't class him as a swordsman really, what makes him is his DF not his sword, you could call him a swordsman but if you want to describe him as a fighter noone would say swordsman, everyone would say Ope Ope user
but for Mihawk and Zoro everyone everywhere would say a swordsman
for Fujitora the thing I would use to describe him by is a gravity fruit user
say Dragon had a sword, I am 99.99% sure Mihawk qould still be described as the world's strongest swordsman even though overall Dragon is (allegedly) stronger than him
I do agree with the ranking, except (I am sure you remember) I would switch Shanks and Mihawk, maybe I would even say cramp Garp into top 5 (at least the one from 2 years ago) but never mind that
good list, though I'd goWell since both Law and Isshou use a sword at the heart of their fighting style and they are crucial to their fighting styles ; I regard them as swordsmen.
My rough top 8 (all alive)
1. Dragon
2. Mihawk
3. Shanks
4 and 5. Kaidou and Big Mam
6. Garp
7 and 8. Sakazuki and Blackbeard
Nice Shanks is above Mihawk after all.good list, though I'd go
1. Dragon
2. Shanks
3. Mihawk
4. Garp
5. 6. BM, Kaido
7. 8. Sakazuki, Blackbeard

If he bleeds he can be cut in halfu cant cut a man who die standing up with 2 holes in his chest
Mihawk posses 1 of the 12 grand blades and no it cannot be broken by wbwhitebeard uses gura-gura punch, mihawk's sword is destroyed.
fight ends.
He tied with shanks in duels and shanks is as sting as wb with only one hand so just imagine what mihawk can do to himNow now, that's new and interesting...
It's the truth think about it
I see the basis why some people tend to think that Mihawk can defeat Shanks on his own (I don't agree with it),
But to think that Mihawk can even long last against WB is even more interesting...
He is young strong and undefeated
Mihawk has yet to defeat a Yonko or an Admiral before taking on the World's truly Strongest Man....
Yep and that guy was defeated tooWhitebeard........ You mean the white beard that fought the admirals and won against three of them..... That whitebeard!?!? The man that was so feared by the world government and navy, they waged a full out war just to kill him.
The whitebeard who was a par with the pirate king gold D roger.
Yep that wb

And yet he was defeated while mihawk suffered zero injury

And most of them will not survive the new worldI honestly believe that there were (at least) 4 ppl in OPverse at the time of the war that could either defeat WB or have such a close battle that it could go either way and those are Dragon, Shanks , Mihawk and Garp (Garp was the other one who rivaled Roger and he looked in a bit better shape than old WB ie he wasn't as affected by old age as WB was)
At marinedord wb suffered injuries but mihawk did not why because mihawk is stronger
after Rogers death WB and Garp ruled the world, but than a new generation came (with Dragon, Shanks and Mihawk) and a still newer one is on the way atm
Mihawk is the better weapon userPlease the Mihawk fanboyism is far to much these days Mihawk isn't on the same level as Shanks so of course he's not stronger the Whitebeard, to be honest I'd say Mihawk would lose to the other Yonkou and Admirals, people seem to think that the title of the WSS puts him above everybody who has been seen with a sword. Pirates and Marines have other ways of fighting and Whitebeard was a perfect example of this he was extremely powerful barehanded 'but' he could use a blade when he had to.
Last tyme Luffy > WB... Now Mihawk > WB
Mihawk is stronger than shanksPeople overrate mihawk
Nope he is actually underrated
yes he is the strongest swordsman, and yes he used to spar with shanks, and early series he said that he wouldnt want to spar with shanks anymore because shanks was missing an arm, implying that mihawk was stronger than shanks at that point. Mihawk is obviously full of himself and it was the first time he saw shanks in years so he couldnt know how much stronger shanks was at that point.
He is full of himself because he is the greatest swordsman in the world

He is above shanks basically shanks haven't caught up yet
Considering that Mihawk may not be as strong as shanks means he wouldnt come close to whitebeard
