Acid mist also isn't a problem to Sasuke who can shed his skin.

Bold - how is he blitzing from 100 meters?
Underline - he shed his skin once and it took up a lot of his chakra. I don't think he can undergo multiple skin-sheddings.

Mei reacted fine to Madara's attacks, who by feats is much faster than Sasuke.

By the time he does that, he'd already be melting, and once Mei catches up to him, since every other area in the Summit Building is a closed off room, he's only making it worse for himself. Assuming he even gets out of the room before he's melted.

Changed my mind, Mei definitely wins. Karin can delay their death for a few minutes with her healing abilities though.

Not really. I doubt she can heal all 3 at once.

When the Hidden Mist+Acid Mist comes out they all die an agonizing death. Even when not in a closed space, Mei has no reason to lower the pH level in caution of harming others/allies so Acid melts them all down. None of them have the chemical composition to withstand it,

After the Killer Bee fight and 5 kage summit, I realized that Sasuke was still just a child compared to all those high level ninja.

Team Taka being CQC fighters will try to get close to Mei. She'll put up acid mist but with no intel on either side, it means they'll run into it without precaution thinking it is ordinary mist. Although Juugo can fuse with Sasuke while Karin heals them both to prevent acid mist from taking Sasuke down. Getting close to Mei is problematic though with a massive 100 m starting distance.

Mei wins high difficulty in scenario one and mid difficulty in scenario two.

Not sure why people are overrating Mei she's complete fodder. She has no good speed feats no good jutsu etc she's pathetic.
