In chapter 521 page 4 kabuto is missing his glasses

In chapter 524 page 6 kakashi has the leaf symbol instead of the Alliance symbol when he is looking down

LOOK AT THE EYE Shisui is missing in the first pic (his right eye)

its danzou's right eye has shisui's eye so itachi got the left. So yes it it an official mistake!

It's not a mistake. He is just show with both his eyes for the sake of making him looking badass, and also it would look kinda stupid if it was with one eye only.
