I dont think that its a mistake maybe danzou can activate and deactivate the sharingan at his will( only the one in his eye pocket I mean Shisue's sharingan).

If he can deactivate it, there is no reason to hide his eye.

He cannot deactivate it. It was implanted, so it's always active like Kakashis or Ao's Byakugan, or Madara's Rinnegan.

I think it was just the way it was shown, from the view that made it black. There's no much you could do to make it a Sharingan anyways, but either way I guess it's a mistake.

see the first 2 pictures the 1st one has a chain on the left horn of hachibi and on the second pic the chain is gone

I actually noticed it when I reread the chapter last Wednesday.... and thought he had changed villages for what Konoha did to Itachi :O

*Joking, Joking! Kumo also kidnapped his Mom and Hinata xD*

Maybe Kishi got so excited by the chapter epicness that he ended up making that mistake... But it's not the first time he mistakes headbands

the same picture..in the first one,we are seeing itachiMS activated in the right eye.. but when he says lets see what happens..its his left eye..see the line near his nose ..
