Different MS powers meaning, tsuko and ama were originally the only two powers of MS as stated by itachi, but as we later see, that not the case.
Im not saying EVERYONE who has MS HAS tsuko and ama, but they CAN UNLOCK IT, and by doing so, Susanoo is achieved. Tehy were gonna use it's eye as a medium to reflect off the moon, their eyes arent big enough

I know that..but bee was in genjutsu for some seconds before breaking out of it..He was fine.It didnt had any affect on him.Not even a bit of mental damage...

Lol, their eyes aren't big enough? How big does the eye need to be? Given the moons size, technically even the juubi's eye is not big enough so I don't think that's the reason why they are using the juubi's eye. The juubi's eye obviously possesses tsukuyomi that's why the eye is going to be used.

The manga never said he can use "Tsukuyomi" ,that means there is no actual prove. It's only your guess,based on the visual similarity of the genjutsu used by Sasuke and real tsukuyomi.It's a unique technique of Itachi so i highly doubt Sasuke can use it(+ back then when he had fought Bee he hadn't Itachi's eyes yet),that makes it even hard to believe he could use it.
