Madara why is he young, why does he have Hashi's face, why is he blind

I find this slightly confusing.

Madara is coming back to life with a real (mortal) body, however, he is revived as a young person, with Hashirama's face on his chest and his eyes are not ready yet or not in his body (seeing how Zetsu is saying to Obito that they are gonna take his Rinnegan back).

Why is he revived in a young state?
Kabuto modified the Edo tensei body right and not the real body of Madara?
Hashirama's face is on his chest, but Kabuto didnt put this on Madara's real body right, but on his edo tensei body?
Why cant Madara use his eyes. If he can keep the youngness of the modified edo body, when he switches to a real life body and he can keep the Hashirama face on his chest, why cant he keep the Rinnegan?

Is it because his real eyes are with Obito and therefore he cant create them in his new mortal body?

I find this slightly confusing and hopefully someone can explain me what is happening.

He was more or less more bones than flesh and his hair was grey as can be.
He looked like 100 or older when he met Obito the first time. Madara was all wrinkly too.
Madara was trying to stay alive with the Gedo mazo, because
he would die of old age otherwise. How is that not that old?

hiruzen was old when he died, that would why he is resurrected old. madara body was modified beyond his prime for his edo tensei so say, so when he force obito to revive him he took the of his current edo tensei state

The "his real eyes are with Obito" thing is bs because he was allowed to keep his modified young edo body, so naturally he should've been able to keep the edo eyes. Not having his original eyes should have nothing to do with it because he doesn't have his original body either, everything comes from the modified edo.

I konw you said you don't just want to hear it's plot but that's really all there is to it. He's like that because the storyline calls for him to be like that for some reason

Yeah I feel the same way. The Edo tensei body becomes a real body with all the additions, instead of his real body coming back to life. Everything that already exist in the world and that is part of his real body (like the eyes) wont be created, because it would cause a duplicate. The rest of Madara's real body has decayed, so the Edo becoming a real body, isnt duplicating body parts like arms etc. The only duplicate would be the eyes.

Nothing was added to Madara's body or a fake body and nothing was duplicated from Madara's body or a fake body. All modifications that Kabuto did were to the body of a real ninja. Madara had real eye balls in his head. The reason he was able to use Rinnegan as an Edo is because that was his power. Had it not been his power, he would've just had normal eyes. You use REAL BODIES in order to use Edo tensei. Haven't you read the manga? Edo tensei bodies aern't just magically created when using the jutsu. You have to use a real dead body. So Madara's edo body was an actual body. That's why when an edo's soul is released, there is a body inside that paper that falls to the ground

His entire eye seems black to me. Maybe you are looking one of the edo chips that was coming off of his flesh. But he appeared to lose his eye altogether. You can no longer see a pupil

You use REAL BODIES in order to use Edo tensei. Haven't you read the manga?

A real body is used as a sacrafice to summon the soul of the person you want to summon.
Around the sacrafice paper like stuff is assembling and that is forming the body of the person summoned with Edo tensei.
Meaning the sacrafice body is real but the Edo tensei body around it is not.
That is what I understood at least.
