Those rinnegan werent nagato's, nagato also couldn't use madara's form of chibaku tensei (multiples), probably because if the rinnegan arent yours, you wont be able to unlock it's full potential

That's a dumb comparison. Madara awakened the Rinnegan, kaguya didn't awaken the 9 Tomoe Rinnegan, she obtained it from the Shinju. so did Madara, so it's logical that they have the same abilities since its THE SAME EXACT EYE THAT NEITHER OF THEM AWAKENED.

Kagaya can easily warp Madara into the lava dimension for a quick gg. Kagaya's hair even solos madara through his preta path. Or she can use her air palms or mother nature attack.

Prove to me and everyone here on the base that a Tomoe Rinnegan is able to access paths. Please just one scan? Maybe one scan just one.until then, only Madara's Rinnegan is able to use paths (maybe Hagoromo's. Too)
How does she solo Madara with her hair? Amuse me.
Sasuke thought many of things, and has been proven wrong several times.
Madara has the abilities to defeat kaguya, he also has human path that can remove her soul. Kaguya hasn't even killed Naruto yet and Madara is stronger than Naruto.

That with preta path is true man, zetsu said in the manga with the sexy jutsu, that kaguya can absorb all jutsu..
But anyways i believe madara could take on kaguya

that doesn't mean she has preta. Eyeless Madara absorbed amaterasu and Hashi's SM. he wasn't using preta. Kaguya is a God, it's not surprising that she can Absorb all jutsu. Plus we've seen what preta path looks like when its active, kaguya just simply brushed of amaterasu just like eyless Madara did. Tomoe Rinnegan can't access paths anyway. thats its flaw.

this doesn't happen again, Kaguya is already revived and she doesn't have access to those caught in Infinite Tsukuyomi to gain more chakra that Madara can't handle.

How is he exactly? that only happened because Kaguya's body didn't exist until after BZ absorbed the chakra from those caught in Infinite Tsukuyomi to revive her. So Try again

assuming he can even get near her , she is able to materialise enormous chakra fists, stronger than Naruto's Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. She's also able to deflect and destroy a full power Perfect Susanoo without much effort. She can also absorb any technique that she encounters.
