Those rinnegan werent nagato's, nagato also couldn't use madara's form of chibaku tensei (multiples), probably because if the rinnegan arent yours, you wont be able to unlock it's full potential

Kagaya can easily warp Madara into the lava dimension for a quick gg. Kagaya's hair even solos madara through his preta path. Or she can use her air palms or mother nature attack.

that doesn't mean she has preta. Eyeless Madara absorbed amaterasu and Hashi's SM. he wasn't using preta. Kaguya is a God, it's not surprising that she can Absorb all jutsu. Plus we've seen what preta path looks like when its active, kaguya just simply brushed of amaterasu just like eyless Madara did. Tomoe Rinnegan can't access paths anyway. thats its flaw.
