No, she would be able to come back to the battlefield at any time she wishes, whilst Madara would be trapped in another dimension.

Killing the opponent isn't the only way to win a battle, incapacitation also counts.

What he does there doesn't matter, he's trapped in another dimension with no way of coming back (similar to Obito warping someone to Kamui dimension), it counts as incapacitation (BFR), therefore victory belongs to Kaguya.

Giving people feats they haven't shown isn't accepted in these fights, What you said implied that sasuke can teleport between dimensions too since he has the same eye as kaguya.... We all know he can't do that so madara isn't likely able to do it either...
