LMFAOxd Did you just say rinnegan can be used against Itachi's Tsukiyomi?! LMFAO. It's already stated and proven what can escape Itachi's Tsukiyomi.

Rinnegan cannot be used to counter Itachi's Tsukiyomi it possess No such ability, and nowhere has it said that. You being a Nagato fan, should know all the capabilites of the Rinnegan. Madara's "sharingan" Might be able to break Itachi's Tsukiyomi since Madara's an Uchiha so he must be related to Itachi.

But Madara is faster, than Itachi i assume which is probably incorrect since we've never seen those 2 speed compared. But Itachi does have a chance against Madara with the Totsuku BLade. So stop tryna bash Itachi every chance you get. It makes you look desperate, to criticize Itachi all the time. But i agree Madara will win.

Isn't a sharingan what is used to break Tsukyomi ( like Sasuke ) , Madara has the greatest level of Sharingan , since Rinnegan is the evolution of Sharingan , so it breaks Tsukyomi . A mere sharingan does it , so what do you think about the improved Sharingan.

Madara is unmatched, however

if you took away his rinegan itachi could defeat him using sword of totsuka to seal both madara and his susanoo.

madara seems to me to rely a lot on his eyes much like nagato did. itachi relies more on his brain, and he has the totsuka sword so he MIGHT get madara off guard and seal him. chances are madara will win though, although not as easily as some ppl think

madara will win one on one but if itachi arrived at the battlefield right now he might be able to formulate the right strategy to catch madara off guard and ultimately hit him with the sword... it would be more of a team victory.... Tobi vs madara would be a good match.. maybe the uchiha brothers vs madara is more fair.. whats more interesting is that kabuto said that even if tobi stopped his edo's he still has one trick up his sleeves

Actually, seeing as Madara has the rinnegan, he can summon Gedo Mazo =] Or he can rip out his soul via one of the six paths (forgot which one it's called... Naraku? I dunno)

Yeah...I got confused I was thinking he only had EMS......

But if it was just Madara vs Itachi both Edo and no Rinnegan....would Itachi win?

Or do you think Madara's Susanoo will have the Totsuka? I think there is only 1 sword....but who knows.

It would be a tough one to call :/ Itachi's Susanoo, with the Sword of Totsuka and Yata Mirror does seem more powerful than Madara's ordinary Susano'o but we have yet to see it's complete form and thus far, each Susano'o has a different quality. Itachi's had the sword+mirror and Sasuke has the bow+arrow (that is seemingly only dodged with space/time jutsu as show with Kakashi)... So who know's what Madara's unique ability for Susano'o is...

I would say Madara has a better quality of Ninjutsu than Itachi, as his fire technique being a testament to that... Seeing as it took a dozen water-users to extinguish it, I'm not certain if Itachi could actually evade/block it as his only element is fire... He could use Amaterasu but the attack is very widespread, it might not reach the full length of Madara's attack.

Supposing Madara also has Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, it would be nice to see how it compares with Itachi's. I think out of all three MS abilities, Itachi's strongest is Tsukiyomi in terms of usefulness... Susano'o only seems like a last resort-type technique...

That's all I can say on the matter but the truth is, Madara has Rinnegan and with it, he can defeat Itachi any day...

Madaras susanoo we saw split into 2 different beings each doing a Handsign....maybe his Susanoo can cast a mass jutsu.

Thats why i picked itachi, hes the only one i see having the best chance..
The only way i see him winning is by his powerful genjutsu (tkoyimo, watever)
or sword of tokysu (f these japanese names lol)
DOES it matter if he can break it? i mean seriously they said it only takes 1 second for the real world to have like 24 hours of genjutsu effect
All itachi needs is like 15 seconds or less to have you disoriented and kill you lol

He will break it faster than sasuke did, and sasuke wasn't the one who dropped to his knees.

By the time itachi summons his complete susanoo with the sword, the asteroid will be right on his head.
