You are correct that The Last started production awhile ago, but that entire time wasn't spent on just the animating process. Since the film was the first canon movie ever made, it took much longer to construct than the other movies. That's why there wasn't a Naruto film in 2013.The last has been in production for 2 years. Plus if it takes 6 weeks just to animate 1 episode, how long do you think it'll take for a movie?
I said it's highly possible if we look at the track record based on their working formula, and of course I'm certain they are outsource because some one like artondious, bluesakage, etc are reliable source of information. How are u Saying that and the animators for the episode are still not released????? -_- what u are saying that us only prediction , nothing confirmed from what u said so have some patience and wait
Not possible, once you set up the movie deadline then there's no turning back, and they don't have time to spend efficient effort on the episode because it usually takes 6 weeks or longer to produce 1 episodeBut they could use the good animators for Shippuden until after Gai's episodes and postpone Boruto movie for later date until they have more money. :| It's not like people are in any rush for Boruto movie. They would rather see good animation in Gai vs Madara first. :hmm:
Especially that Karin chain animation look horseshitFor real?

Are u from planet earth?Eh, at least the New Chunnin Exam arc got great animation. Was miles more interesting than anything Madara is going to do for the next couple months...
Just not a fan of the main story after Obito's defeat. It becomes terrible IMO.Are u from planet earth?
But it contained aloooot of plotholes, just why the **** is Gaara standing like a statue in a *DESERT* not fighting back , plus too much asspulls like Shira's *8 Gates* the arc looks forced , like everything is happening forcefully . Plus those Rebels are sooooo lame . And yeah That fat Guy -_- do u prefer watching that Fat guy fight instead Of Kaguya the Creator of CHAKRA? If yes then u are not a true Naruto fanJust not a fan of the main story after Obito's defeat. It becomes terrible IMO.
The chunnin exams were so f*cking fun. Felt like I was acutally watching naruto again
Those were definitely holes but it had more good than bad for me. Loved tenten's episode, the fixation on Team Guy, the new teams that I actually got to like, new jutsu, new exam situations (the Shikamaru test), the animation, everyones motives in the arena...But it contained aloooot of plotholes, just why the **** is Gaara standing like a statue in a *DESERT* not fighting back , plus too much asspulls like Shira's *8 Gates* the arc looks forced , like everything is happening forcefully . The fillers had so much potential to be great but ever since the after battle between Shira vs Lee fight, it went downhill and we could've seen more Fuu and the rain ninja, but they were completely wasted and instead they were dragging the arc so much that we had to deal with every single one over 3+ episodes with that ridiculous pacing. Those were definitely holes but it had more good than bad for me. There are maybe 2 things I like about the series up until the end. Sasuke shedding that tear at the Valley and Kabuto and Obito coming back. And I can be a Naruto fan, I- just like many know that the final arc or two fell off the rails. Plus i've read it before. Soon enough there'll be no new Naruto so i'm thankful for the new stories. I just like more Naruto. Something that was actually more similar to Naruto in spirit than Madara showing off / Ootsutsuki bs.
Madara used to be one of my favourites haha...before he was reanimated by Kabuto that is. Kishi just totally failed to deliver for me :/The fillers had so much potential to be great but ever since the after battle between Shira vs Lee fight, it went downhill and we could've seen more Fuu and the rain ninja, but they were completely wasted and instead they were dragging the arc so much that we had to deal with every single one over 3+ episodes with that ridiculous pacing.
In the forest of death, it was much more concise and much more interesting given so much mysterious vibe to every characters that was introduce to the storyline and not to mention the whole conspiracy plot were suspense . The theme were so dark given the fights we've had were much more intense and unique formula of the ninja battle system.
We don't need to see flashback within flashback almost every single episodes just all the stuff that we've already seen or the moment that we pretty much know what's gonna happen, it's so ridiculously annoying, so much fillerception kills the Hype for this arc.
Yes there are couple flashback that I find it interesting such as Team Gai and Ino mind transfering technique.
It was going nowhere and just when we finally main important stuff, SP decided to quickly wrapped up only to get to the canon.
Gaara and Fuu were nerfed so badly against that Fodder villain, how the f*ck does the chain by pass gaara defense?? and then we had to deal with almost the entirety of the episodes of the boring ass chains obtaining the Bijuu chakra without any epic fights. I'm so disappointed that Neji doesn't do enough to be worthy of becoming a Jounin, all he does to get promoted is releasing high density Bijuu chakra chains. I expected Neji to go all out against an formidable opponent that consider a major threat such as the Akatsuki that was being hyped up to show up and intervene and kill the Jiinchiruke like every filler arcs .
But instead they were just there to show up, and Fuu doesn't do anything, nothing impacted in this arc.
It's funny how you said how you hate Madara and yet you made an Opening based on him...
Yes I'm one of the people who wants fillers for certain characters that deserve some spotlight and enjoy new content knowing what's gonna happen in the manga as well but admittedly enough this filler arc doesn't delivered upon my expectation compare to Kakashi ANBU and Chikara arc.Madara used to be one of my favourites haha...before he was reanimated by Kabuto that is. And yes the biggest flaw was that it suddenly cut off, even though it clearly had more story to tell with whole teams, characters that hadn't even been used properly yet- no denying that, still- it was new content and it was good for what it was. Haven't enjoyed filler so much since Chikara.
Man I hated the Kakashi one too though, so maybe it's just taste. This arc actually got me back watching the lacklustre anime for a bit...will probably drop again until the next well-animated one comes out.Yes I'm one of the people who wants fillers for certain characters that deserve some spotlight and enjoy new content knowing what's gonna happen in the manga as well but admittedly enough this filler arc doesn't delivered upon my expectation compare to Kakashi ANBU and Chikara arc.

As long as top animator such as hiroyuki is not involved in directing the episodes, then it'll never be top notch quality even being decent to good isn't enough to make the episodes superb compare to Madara vs SA or Obito vs Kakashi battleWell the staff for the Ep 416/417/418 will be released between 6-10 days, so preparefor the disappointment next week xd
I'm pretty certain episode 416 will be nothing special. 417 should probably be a Pierrot episode, which can range from decent to amazing depending on how much money they want to spend on it.
