I guess it's Sasuke's word for it in comparison to manga process.

Itachi said tysukyomi and Amatersu for Susanoo, then Sasuke happened.

Perfect Susanoo was said to be of EMS, but turns that wasn't the case and two people used it.

Even Sasuke wasn't sure how Kakashi was able to use it:

so Sasuke was speaking on the behalf of pure uchihas no senju/juubi upgrade.

Since senju DNA combine with his uchiha genes, Madara obtain a certain level of rikudou chakra to use Susanoo while blind.

Interesting. So I was right in the OT when I said it could be a retcon. A retcon it is then.

I do scrutinize actually. Its just Variabossx's explanation seemed sensible to me. If somebody wants to deny Variabossx's words, she/he may well do so. I just liked his interpretation of how senju dna could somehow affect susanoo. There is no absolute explanation for this

It seems that the closer you are to rikudou chakra, the faster the transformation progress.

Madara said true happiness can be obtain with both powers of senju and uchiha.

According to history, the sage's older brother thought power was the key to happiness/peace.

It also explain how MS Obito was able to use Gedo mazou without the rinnegan.

It all comes down to chakra, Obito said chakra is power.

As long as you have the strongest chakra>>>>>> Anything that requires specific traits/tools.

That tensei move Madara preformed is one of rikudou's many Justus.

Nagato was lucky not to get screwed up royally like Obito. Kishimoto really trolled Obito a lot in the manga.

I'm working on a little project on haters that called a scan I post "fanfic."

The 10th and I are sharing information and finding more translations.

I'll add the Tengai thing in their too.

All I know from it is that kabuto said its a fraction of the sage's power.

For all I know it could be a six path power being used through Susanoo, like how Sasuke used the outerpath bijuu chakra storage in his Susanoo.

^^But it's an assumption at this point so....oh well.

Jiraiya's death made me cry seriously . I really praise Kishi to make his death memorable .

Obito didn't state he couldn't use Kamui. He stated he couldn't phase through things.

I thought it was established fact that you can't use susanoo without eyes/eyesight.

1) Itachi's susanoo wore off when he became blind

2) Same for Sasuke


Was this a retcon or plot hole? Can anybody give a proper explanation for this?

The way I interpreted it was that his body was filled with the gedo rods like Nagato, which before using susano'o, Madara had also pierced Hashirama with and thse inturn resonated with both rinnegan, which were in the vicinity at the time.

That's just a ridiculous way of thinking. Kamui requires no "eye contact" as well, but you don't see Obito absorbing people into his feet... U_U

Ok I'll break down what he means for you...

Amaterasu= using the eyes as a focal point, then focusing on the area you want the flames, the eye produces flames and sends them towards the area from the eye...
MS genjutsu (Tsukuyomi & KA)= Genjutsu is cast through the eye itself...
Kamui= the eye is used as a focal point, sucking the target into the eye, into a separate dimension within the eye itself.
Long Range Kamui= relies heavily on the eye and eyesight, zoning your kind of sight at one point, causing a dimensional shift our fission, sending the target into a separate dimension within the eyes themselves.
Susanoo= using the chakra located in the brain, that was unlocked by the eyes, summoning a giant chakra entity made of the users own chakra, again located in the brain
