Madara betrayed the village and attack Hashirama based on what he believed was on the Tablet. BZ deceived him about the Tablet, the Rinnegan, the Juubi, the Shinju, The Juubi's Jin, And IT.

Everything Madara did was according to Black Zetsu's plan. How do you not call that controlling?

Because he wasn't taking orders from someone else. All he did was induce the idea of gaining power into Madara and Madara wanted that power so he did whatever means it took for him to get it.

He had his own goals which he set himself. He was just inspired by something he read.


It was only by chance that Madara obtained the MS and EMS that enabled him to read the tablet. If it weren't for that, Black Zetsu's plan would have failed miserably.

Hardly. It was Madara's idea to bite Hashirama's flesh and 'die' but then bring himself back with Izanagi. None of that was BZ. BZ gave him a direction and Madara took it himself. Its not like Madara didnt believe in IT himself.

Obito's defeat was by the hand of Konoha 11. His count down to death started from there. It was just that he still had sage's chakra and gedo mezo( which was already being eyed by Madara and he knew it). If he hadn't switched side even then he would have died and it would have been even more meaningless. For Obito wanted to live his own dream via Moon eye plan, not Madara's.

Not ending every villain just by an awesome last punch should not be counted as something bad. -_^

Indra had ideals that needed fighting to save them or did BZ just use his disappointment and feeling of being slighted for his own purpose?


BZ is the kind of villain he is too weak to have even his own body to stand on his own two feet. But he was extremely cunning and exploiting everyone else and used their power for his own purpose. Even his mom was not an exception. For all the proclaimed love for the mom, he hid again when she was being sealed.
