Where did they state this? Tobi said he's a former shell of himself, so he can't use Rinne Tensei due to it using a lot of chakra. Nagato died using Rinne on the village, this time in order to revive Madara who died many years back would also take him out.

We can't really judge on how good Madara is using Rinnegan, as we know he's Edo form and can spam his techs which he will take advantage of, or Kabtuo will. So, we won't see him using it at its potential.

Madara said so that brat has grown up when he came out of the coffin that clearly means only nagato is capable

And madara most likely hs those abilitie he has the rinnegan and is a natural user and no one ever stated someone needs extensive exp for actually being able to use the rinnegan. ppl like sasuke learned how to use sussano to a full extent in day as well as use amaterasu in a day what makes u think madara can't do that. he knew how to use a really strong tech why can't he use the other ones. he only randomy used preta path and rest he does not know i highly doubt that is the case.

And let me add the fact that he has ems+ mokuton+ rinnegan and not to mention the fact that he is the trump card not nagato. tobi was not scared of nagato but madara yes he was.

Nagato has demonstrated the most moves simply because he was the first rennigan user who got the most screen time. Madara on his short screen time with the rennigan has demonstrated two moves. First one being preta path and banshou tennin.

His banshou tennin pulled two meteor, nagato's didnt.

I agree that Madara will be much more powerful than Nagato, after all he wouldn't stand a chance against Kages if he were as strong as Nagato.. Furthermore we have seen before, even though He just awakened Rinnegan he will utilize its power to fullest..
But as far as we are shown in the manga, still Nagato is more capable to use it...but i believe its gonna change soon..

What you clowns keep forgetting is that the eye nagato has is Uchiha MAdara's.PLus there is no way Nagato can use renningan better than Madara. The renningan is the final form of the sharingan. Why the hell do you think Madara can use Susanoo while renningan is on? Soon he will use amaterasu too. Plus Madara got real skill unlike Nagato that is quit useless without the renningan and slow according to kabuto. Everything Nagato can do, Madara can do better!!!!!!.
