I am going as far as to say the Second Hokage hated his brother because Hashirama was the gifted one and got everything so Tobirama might made a deal with Madara....if he kills Hashirama then Tobirama would give him something in exchange and that's how Madara was able to release himself from the Edo Tensei.

I'm as far to say that your theory is wrong/false come on really???smh tobirama is a senju an the second hokage who sacrifice himself in order for his team to escape.and as fir hashiramas death it was unknown how he died all that was said that he died in one of the wars.also as for how he knows the edo tensei release is he probably looked at the forbidding jutsu scroll just like orochimaru did back then and was able to figured it out I also think that madara died in old age before giving Nagato his rinnegan but it still unclear in what's going on but just gonna have to wait in mangas to come out explaining everything

No, he wasn't able to free himself because of those tags that Orochimaru put inside him and Hashi. This basically restricts him to only the commands he has been given. Kabuto could of done this to Madara btw too.

Lol, he created the damn jutsu. If he would of had the same freedom as Madara had, he would of broke out in seconds.

When a person gain a lot of power nd decides to create a jutsu(strong like edo tensei), they create it without thnking of the consequences. He created it fr his personal gain(fr times when he would have no other choice bt to use it). Little did he thnk that it cn be misused. It was later made forbidden so that ppl may nt use it.
As fr Madara, i thnk Tobirama created Edo Tensei when Madara was still alive. Or Maybe Madara had researched with it or learnt the seal to release the contract somehow. Or that helped Tobirama to create it. Nd the way he speaks of the risks of this jutsu nd the fact that he released the contract makes me feel he cn actually use it.

madara lived long enough after his battle with hashi. remember he was able to meet up with nagato when he was a child. so in that period of time he could have learned about the jutsu. there are lots of possibilities. so, even after the death of tobirama, he gathered all the info and knew that he could use it in the future. he probably knew that he couldnt be successful in his lifetime so instead of persisting with his plans, he thought of preserving his body, while it is in its prime. there's a possibility that madara killed himself in order to retain his looks. so that when he would be revived from edo tensei, he would not look old.
