Due to his precise control over the barrier, Dr. Manhattan is able to fire his own attacks through the barrier without affecting it whatsoever. Being a very formidable barrier, it can block all freeform physical and energy attacks, including blasts of all kinds and gunfire. When it comes to how it reacts to other techniques, the barrier can absorb up to 60% of the users durability stat before being broken.

Description: Dr. Manhattan sends a concentrated and localized shot of repulsive force by punching or kicking in the direction of the shot. Because of the concentrated nature of the shot, it is very fast, moving at the speed of standard bullets. By stringing together up to three individual moves, Dr. Manhattan can carry a psedu-close range fight from up to 10m away. The strength of the shot can be up to 15% of the users energy stat.

Due to his precise control over the barrier, Dr. Manhattan is able to fire his own attacks through the barrier without affecting it whatsoever however this does not extend to his clones and any attack they try to get through the barrier deals damage to it and can even destroy the barrier. Being a very formidable barrier, it can block all freeform physical and energy attacks, including blasts of all kinds and gunfire up to 60% of the user's energy stat anything more and it breaks just as if it was hit by a ranked attack. When it comes to how it reacts to other techniques, the barrier can absorb up to 60% of the users energy stat before being broken. The barrier is visible and can be seen by anyone looking at it.
Note: Last for 2 turns unless broken first, and can only be used twice per battle with a 2 turn cd

By stringing together up to three individual moves, Dr. Manhattan can carry a psedu-close range fight from up to 10m away. The strength of the shot can be up to 15% of the users energy stat. These shots are visible and move the air in a very noticeable way. Since these blows mimic motions made by Dr. Manhattan they are tied to his speed so anyone who has high enough intelligence and speed can tack and react to them accordingly.
Note: The power of each blow is shared evenly across the 15% modifier ie: each shot is only 5% of the user's energy stat.
Note: These are as strong as regular punches and kicks, thus they have no knock-back potential only dealing mild damage

Another property of Nth metal is the ability to produce blasts made of ultraviolet light. These solar blasts deal 60% of the user's technology stat as damage. It also increase his strength, speed, durability, and healing. The Nth metal add's +5 to his speed, strength and +10 to durability. Nth metal also protects the wearer from elements and speeds the healing of wounds (+5 every 2 turns after damaged for 6 turns), and protects them from extreme temperatures (Up to B rank). His armor allows him to tank heavy blasts (C rank), and gives him added protection against piercing weapons reducing the damage by 20%. The armor is always on him so this is considered passive, however it must be mentioned by the user. The armor has a built in teleporter that allows the user to teleport short distances in a pinch, he's able to teleport short range from himself once per turn costing a move. This can be done three times per battle. After obtaining kryptonite Deathstroke used some to augment the knuckles of the Nth Armor. He created a special apparatus with a switch that can be hit with the thumbs of each respective hands. When the switch is hit four small openings on each hand expose eight small shards of kryptonite. These shards are extremely sharp and tough causing piecing and slashing damage to anything hit by them, as well as causing an additional 10 damage to humans per turn for two turns. This effect can be applied every two turns. The kryptonite is enough to kneel any Kryptonian in a short range radius leaving them in a weakened state no stronger than the average human. The apparatus is lined with lead making it so that the wearer is never effected by the kryptonite. If a different armor is worn this tech is nullified.
Note: The blasts can only be used four times per battle and if used multiple times in a turn the damage is split between them

Technique Name: Omnimatrix

Description: The Omnimatrix, most commonly referred to as the Omnitrix, is a highly advanced technological system that utilizes a wearable device of alien origin. This system is an extensive genetic storage unit, containing the basic genetic makeup of the prime specimen of every known sentient-sapient species within the universe. All this information is stored within the Omnimatrix’s database, the Codon Stream. To utilize the system, the device first attaches itself to the user, positioning and reshaping their form to allow easy access for the wearer to operate. (For bipedal humanoid lifeforms, the system is generally positioned on the upper limbs and take on a watch, armband, or gauntlet-like form factor). Once set, the Omnimatrix can not be removed, except through reconfiguration, resetting, or hacking of the system.

Primary Functions
The intention behind the system’s creation was to accomplish two goals. The first was to promote inter-species understanding by allowing other beings to experience different ways of life. The second, lesser known goal was to maintain a repository for the DNA of over a million different intelligent species, preserving the genetic makeup to bring the species back in the event that any of them should ever become extinct. To solidify these intentions, the system's main symbol is represented by the outline of an hourglass shape, which is the intergalactic symbol for "peace".

Standard Operations
With these goals in mind, the Omnimatrix was made to ensure mutual understanding of every species. Features that were included were to add a Universal Translator and access to the Extranet (Intergalactic Version of the Internet), among other features. These features allow the user to easily understand alien life and look up openly available information within the universe. These are essential in allowing individuals to not only speak with other life, but to learn about their world, both literal and figurative. Functions of the system are generally accessed by interacting with the faceplate and dial of either Omnimatrix. Looking up information on the Extranet is done through highly sophisticated voice recognition software. Additionally, the system has an extremely sophisticated AI. Other basic extensions include communication systems, DNA based life-form proximity indicators, GPS, digital watch, recording functions, and holographic interfaces.

Alien Transformation
The most obvious showcase of the system’s capabilities is the ability to modify an individual’s DNA. Upon entering the alien selection user interface, the user can scroll through the available aliens and select one by pressing down on the dial. Upon doing so, the system will cause the user’s DNA to morph and match the genetic makeup order of the selected life-form. The user would still be themselves, retaining their sense of identity, values, memories, personality, etc. Simply put, the user’s physical biology would change. In order for the user to change size, matter is created from energy or reconstituted to energy as needed. The system also adapts the user's clothing to the alien he/she transforms into, though specific clothing can be programmed. With the default settings, the Omnimatrix morphs into a badge upon transformation and shifts its placement to somewhere on the user’s transformed body, though this can be reprogrammed. The overall process of transforming is extremely quick, taking as much time as it takes to blink. While transformed, the functions of the system can still be accessed normally. The transformations last for a temporary period, and the system requires a recharge period before transforming again. The user is capable of quick-changing into another alien form whilst already transformed, but the time remaining in the transformation period remains unchanged. Alternatively, the user can also revert back to their original form and not waste their full transformation time, saving the remaining time to be used even if the system isn’t fully charged. The amount of time the user can transform is directly proportional to two times the amount of time spent recharging. Recharging automatically occurs as soon as the user is in their original form.​

Description: Diamondhead is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Petrosapien from the planet Petropia. Diamondhead is a silicon-based life form. His body is composed of durable pale blue-green crystals. He sports two large crystal shards on his back and has a sharp pointed head. He wears a sleeve-less form-fitting shirt that is all black with one large green stripe down the middle up to his belt, and wears black pants. He has a green belt with a central white stripe on which he wears the Omnitrix symbol. He also wears black shoes with green on the bottom.

Powers and Abilities
Diamondhead possess all the powers and abilities of a Petrosapien. As part of all the Omnitrix's Transformation Process, the user's Technological Stat Points are equally distributed across the user's Strength and Durability Stats for the duration of this specific transformation. Additionally, as part of their natural biology, their strength and durability is incredibly high, resulting in +10 boost to his Durability Stat and +5 boost to his Strength Stat.

Crystal Manipulation
Diamondhead possesses natural crystal manipulation powers and abilities. He is able to naturally manipulate his own atomic structure as he pleases, allowing him to create various shapes or weapons from his limbs or body. In addition to modifying the shape of his body as he pleases, Diamondhead is also able to release crystals from his body as fast moving projectiles. Diamondhead is not limited to modifying the crystals of his own body though. He is also able to generate incredible masses of crystals that can be used as walls, shields, ramps or more. Even after generating the crystal, Diamondhead posses the ability to control it how he pleases, such as modifying it's shape or moving its location. He can control these crystals from a great range with no difficulty. The most incredible example of this is his ability to encase targets within the crystal. If he is in immediate contact with an object, he can actually create crystals from within it and have it spike out of the object. Due to the unique molecular density of the crystal, only Diamonhead can control it. However, Diamondhead has no ability to control outside sources of crystals.

Atomic Structure
Diamondhead's body resembles a living prism, allowing weapons similar to lasers to be refracted and rendered useless. By naturally modifying the shape of his crystals, Diamondhead can redirect standard laser-like energy attacks to back at the target or any other object with Half of it's original force, and with no damage received on his side; Though this is only applicable if his durability is higher than the strength of the laser. As his body is pure diamond, he is resistant to fire and heat and is also immune to the effects of aging and radiation. As his durability is already incredibly high, it's unlikely that he be damaged. On the rare cases he does, Diamondhead does posses limited regeneration capabilities. Major injuries such as the loss of limbs can not be regrown but can be reattached. Finally, as a crystal, Diamondhead is incredibly vulnerable to strong sonic vibrations and might even fall unconscious. The vibrations also make it difficult for him to maintain the molecular form of his crystals.​

All of the crystals that Diamondhead generates are weaker than the crystals of his natural form. While his own strength and durability is based on his stats, the strength and durability of all his crystalline creations are each equal to 60% of the Diamondhead's Strength and Durability Stat respectively. When in heat or fire based confrontations, Diamondhead's Durability Stat gains +10 points. When in sonic vibration or sound based confrontations, Diamondhead's Durability Stat loses -15 points.

Technique Name: XLR8

Description: XLR8 (Pronounced "Accelerate") is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Kineceleran from the planet Kinet. XLR8 resembles a semi-armored Velociraptor. He has black wheels on his feet and has an aerodynamically shaped helmet-like head with a visor, leaving the other features of his head unknown. Whenever the visor does come up, one can see that he has a blue face, green eyes, black lips, and stripes above and on the right side of his eyes. His hands are actually claws that can still be used to grab and hold things, but is incredibly effective at using for piercing or cutting strikes. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on his chest. He has a prehensile tail with five blue stripes on it.

Powers and Abilities
XLR8 possess all the powers and abilities of a Kineceleran. As part of all the Omnitrix's Transformation Process, the user's Technological Stat Points are equally distributed across the user's Speed and intelligence Stat for the duration of this specific transformation. Additionally, as part of their natural biology, their speed and dexterity is incredibly high, resulting in +10 boost to his Speed Stat and +5 boost to his Intelligence Stat.

High Speed Drive
XLR8 can manipulate friction with extremely precise control. With the wheel-like feet, he can go from his standing position to his maximum speed with no delay. This also works in reverse, allowing him to immediately come to a complete stop from his maximum speed. Whenever he runs at incredible speeds, he leaves behind a blue streak. With this speed, XLR8 can easily run over water and up vertical trails. He is able to reinforce his attacks with his speed, reinforcing all of his strikes from his scissor-like claws which allows it to cut through more objects. He can also move fast enough to form self-sustaining tornados that are extremely powerful. As he possesses wheels for feet, XLR8 requires friction to move, and will have difficulty in low-friction or strong adhesive surfaces, making it difficult to come to immediate stops or reach high speeds.​

All of the attacks that XLR8 performs are based on his full stats (generally under the Speed Stat), the strength and durability of all his speed tornados are equal to 60% of the XLR8's Speed Stat. When in low-friction or strong adhesive surfaces, XLR8's Speed Stat loses -10 points.

Edited the stat distribution. If all your stats move to speed, you'd have 0 intelligence. With 0 intelligence you can't even track nor understand your own movements. Evenly distributed the stats between the two. Other than that, sick!

Technique Name: Tools of the Trade

Description: Along with his advanced armor Deathstroke carries with him several items for combat purposes these include, a broadsword made of promethium, two revolver pistols with six kryptonite bullets each, four false teeth (back molars) that encompass some kind of offensive capabilities, and a hallucinogenic nerve toxin delivered through the use of a dust-like substance.
Promethium Broadsword: Promethium is capable of generating and absorbing near-limitless amounts of energy, and so can be used as a power source for many gadgets. It can cut through and partially absorb a B rank energy based attack, or several C rank energy based attacks allowing the user to literally cut through certain defenses or attacks. However, this "volatile promethium" is also a dangerous mutagen that mutates living beings when contact is made. When the sword makes contact with an opponent it does two things, it deals slashing and cutting as 60% of the wielder's strength stat but also leaves a residual effect dealing an additional 10% of the user's energy stat for two turns after exposure. Deathstroke is able to use this weapon without suffering the negative side effects as a result of his healing factor.
Ebony and Ivory: Two Smith & Wesson .500 each carrying six .50 caliber krytonite bullets. Each shot deals 10% of the user's technology stat as damage with the user being able shoot all twelve shots for the cost of two moves. If the user instead shoots only six, it costs a single move slot. Due to the krytonite the bullets deal an additional 10 damage each turn for two turns after exposure. If exposed to a kryptonian it's enough to reduce their strength, speed, and durability to that of an average human (reduces those 3 stats to 10).
False Teeth: Deathstroke had his molars replaced with four false teeth with openings in them. He's able to hold things such as smoke pellets, kryptonite, or hallucinogenic nerve toxin in them. To use them Deathstroke only needs to click his teeth and then grind them in a specific way to dislodge the tooth and spit it out at his opponent. Smoke pellets release a thick smoke all throughout a short range radius of it's landing. Krptonite simply releases a dust-like cloud of kryptonite in the same short range radius of it's point of contact/landing. Finally the nerve toxin has the same spread but instead of will force the opponent to see, hear, and feel partial hallucinations such as the user being in several spots at once, moving erratically or fighting the affected person. This doesn't deal direct damage but instead forces the opponent into a vulnerable state where they see, hear and feel things that are not there.
Note: Deathstroke can use one set of items per use of the technique

Description: Due to being injected with the Mirakuru formula, Slade not only gained enhanced healing, but has also been granted enhanced speed, strength, and reflexes. Deathstroke's mental faculties are accelerated by a factor of 9, allowing him to think and perceive nine times faster, affording him a greatly superior speed and reaction time. Slade uses 90% of his brain capability making him a genius, while normal humans only use 10% of it. Thanks to the formula, his mind is like a computer built for strategy adding +5 to Slade's intellect as well as +5 to his speed and strength. This is considered a passive ability but must be mentioned by the user during/before battle, etc.

description: serpent slayer is essentially a simple katana hilt with an empty slit right were the blade is supposed to sit. Exodus main ability is to control and produce an infinite amount of radiation,utilizing this the user will channel an extreme amount of radiation into the slit of the sword handle creating a blade. The user will condense the radiation to the form of a traditional katana, the condensed radiation becomes hot from the jumble molecules and creates a semi solid blade similar to plasma. The blade of radiation can be extended to long range at will, because it's composition is gamma radiation any living flesh that touches the blade will receive gamma poisoning taking 5% of the users energy stat in damage and -5 to intellect every 2 turns for 4 turns. Because of the quantity of radiation compressed into the form of a blade it has now changed to a form similar to that of plasma as such the user can cut through b rank and below items like butter, and having difficulty cutting same ranked items. As the blade is pure energy each strike the blade makes does the 80% of the users energy stat in damage . The blade itself weighs nothing as it is pure energy making physical attacks(like slashing) based on the users energy . Gamma radiation has the distinct ability to harbor in clothes and other items as such any item that has gamma radiation and is touched by living flesh grants the person touched the above effects of gamma poisoning.

note: large amounts of radiation only empowers exodus and as such boosts his int by +10, and energy by 5 when wielding this blade(this only happens once)
note: the blade itself emits visible radiation up to short range.

Description: Nevan is a guitar made of pure vibranium with the ability to absorb and direct kinetic, acoustic and mechanical energy. Vibranium absorbs vibratory or kinetic energy in its vicinity within itself storing it. The apparent observable vibratory rate of the molecules of the Vibranium itself does not noticeably increase when the Vibranium absorbs mechanical energy meaning it can continuously absorb energy. The vibratory energy the guitar absorbs it then stores it within the bonds between the molecules making up the Vibranium as a result, a mass of Vibranium which has absorbed a considerable amount of vibratory energy would be exceedingly hard to demolish.
Meaning the more energy the construct absorbs the stronger and more dangerous it becomes. If enough force were applied to the mass to smash it, the energy would explode outward, releasing most of the absorbed energy forcefully. There are limits to the capacity of Vibranium to absorb vibratory energy which for the rank of this technique is a D rank strength or speed based attack or a C rank acoustic/sound/energy based attack. When the energy is forcefully released it can be directed in any direction dealing 20% of the user's tech stat as damage and doesn't count as a move because it's being done forcefully. Due to it's defensive properties it adds +10 to the user's durability stat when wielded. The user can also use the guitar like a sword or blunt object dealing 20% of the wielder's strength as damage. The vibranium can also absorb acoustic radiation C rank and below without instigating this release function. Along with the basic abilities given to the guitar by merely being made of vibranium it has several additional abilities which include.

Vicious Mockery: As the guitar absorbs energy it becomes more durable, this energy can even be created merely by the user playing the guitar and strumming the vibranium strings. After absorbing energy it can then redirect this energy in the form of acoustic based energy bursts which deal damage comparable in strength to 20% of the user's technology stat. Several of these blasts can be used and by momentarily playing the guitar the ability can be kept either charged or primed to be used whenever. The guitar can also absorb the energy from the opponent's freeform hits and attacks storing the energy to redirect back upon them later.
Cutting Words: The guitar can absorb the vibrations given off by speech, singing or other forms of sound redirecting them like an amplifier increasing their strength or reducing them to mere whispers or making them disappear completely. This allows the user to passively play music create and redirect speech allowing for them to surround the opponent in various distracting sounds such as whispers or screams but all in all doesn't deal direct damage it can also produce other instrumental noises like drums for example allowing the user to produce any form of music they want and isn't bound to making the noise of a single instrument. It is in essence a distraction based ability and can be used as freeform. This can also be used to deliver messages over short-long range distances between the user and allies like ventriloquism. The user can also have the guitar absorb the energy of the opponent's speech meaning when they speak nothing will be heard.
Thunderwave: By slamming the guitar to the ground all of the stored energy along with all of the energy created by slamming a massive amount of vibranium upon the ground can be released all at once. This causes a massive surge of kinetic energy to radiate forward in any direction the user chooses riding along the ground and dealing 20% of the user's technology stat to anything struck it is roughly ten meters wide and can go forward upwards of twenty meters. In addition unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed ten meters away from the wielder by the acoustic effect, and the wave emits a thunderous boom audible out to sixty meters. This is also strong enough to make the opponent deaf for two turns the guitar automatically reabsorbs any sound that would harm the user meaning they are immune to this deafening tone.
Shatter: By matching the vibration frequency of an inanimate object the user can play a riff that breaks said object or makes it destabilize as long as it's non-living and is a solid or liquid. This works against D rank abilities allowing the user to destroy certain objects such as glass, rock, metal, cloth and other solids as well as various liquids but doesn't work on intangible energy or magic.

Note: The user can only use one ability per turn excluding Dissonant Whispers/Silence which is passive and can be sustained over many turns

Technique Name: Bombardier Typhoon

Description: Based upon the defense mechanism of the Bombardier Beetle, a shapeshifter can create and maintain two separate glands that excrete several substances that are kept separate from one another until producing a defensive or offensive action. These two large glands then open releasing the chemicals creating an explosive reaction. Each gland is composed of a thick walled vestibule which contains a mixture of catalases and peroxidases produced by the secretory cells that line the vestibule. Both glands are also made up of a thin-walled and compressible reservoir which contains an aqueous solution of hydroquinones and hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide and hydroquinones do not react in the reservoir because the environment of the reservoir does not give sufficient energy to fuel the reaction.
The user then combines the liquids creating an explosively hot and poisonous liquid slurry to be expelled from the glands at high speeds. This reaction creates an explosion that releases a very quick jet of boiling hot liquid that burns anything that touches the spray excluding the creator and if it hits the opponent's eyes it can blind them for three turns reducing their intelligence by 10. This spray is hot enough to cause second to third degree burns to bare skin, melt clothes and other cloth and has enough force to send an opponent away five meters. These glands can be created in any limb such as the hands, arms, legs or feet to augment combat. The spray is large enough to reach up to mid range roughly ten meters from the user and deals 60% of the users strength stat as damage.

Description: The CORE is the basis of Genos cyborg body. This is his power source and basicly his heart. It is stored in a container in his chest.this "CORE" is essentially a mini reacter capable for powering him imdefintly but it has limits and if he over uses it his energy will run out and the core shut down. This along with having no pain recepters allows genos to fight asong as he has limbs or even if he doesnt as the core itself has a self destruct device implanted in it and if detonated has the strength of a hydrogen bomb although this essentially kills genos afterwards.

Note: it takes 1 full turn from activation for the self destruct to take place.

Description: Rex is capable of using his nanites to interface with technology, allowing him to communicate with and control it. He can bypass the conditions, controls, and protocols of a machine that would normally be impossible for a hacker to overcome. Rex's technopathic capabilities can also allow him to reprogram machines. Rex can understand the features of a machine once communicating with it, giving him complete detail and an understanding of a machine’s capabilities. He can disrupt cloaking technology (lasts for three turns)through touch or if the ground is made of machinery, he can channel his nanite’s reprogramming ability across it to reach the target in question (up to mid-range) in the form of blue circuits covering the ground and the targeted area. Rex can reprogram a single function/weapon to make it fire/move uncontrollably or disable a certain function (lasts 1 turn) or alter the direction of an attack or movement (takes a full turn to take affect and the user must specify which part on the machine.)

Notes:
-Gaining information from the target counts as a move and reprogramming counts as a separate move.
-Can do this to up to 7 machines.

Technique Name: Nanites

Description: Rex has nanites bonded to him on a molecular level. Having activated nanites makes him an EVO; however, unlike most EVOs, Rex has the ability to control his nanites at will, allowing him to generate various machinery from his body. However, Rex's machines are very heavy and it is the internal mechanisms of the machines that allow him to lift them. The user can withdraw and switch a current build with another, but it will count as a move. When building smaller machines/devices based on his intelligence stat, Rex uses this technique to achieve that and these creations, both regular and advanced, are modeled after his builds, orange, black, and silver colored. His builds are as follows:

Original Builds:

Smack Hands: The Smack Hands are a pair of massive gauntlets that Rex can transform his hands into. They give him incredible strength (5 damage per fist), allowing him to break through an obstacle or to lift heavy objects. Rex can also rotate the Smack Hands when they are balled into a fist: this mode allows the Smack Hands to function as high-powered drills. When using the drills, Rex can use them to tunnel through the ground or to add additional power behind his strength (extra +5 for each fist ). When the Smack Hands' drill mode is used underwater, the Smack Hands launch Rex at what he's fighting.

Slam Cannon: The Slam Cannon is a cannon projectile that Rex can turn both arms. It does not produce its own ammo; instead it shoots anything he can put into it, usually a piece of floor. The maw on the back end of the Slam Cannon extends into whatever material that is behind it. Like a cannon, it hits the target with great force.

Big Fat Sword: Is a massive orange sword that Rex can transform into either arm. The sword has a mode that Rex can transform into, transforming the blade into a giant buzz-saw. The buzz-saw can slice through huge structures on the level of a prodigy.

Punk Busters: Are a pair of massive, orange spiked (on the soles) boots that Rex uses to kick away his opponents (10 damage per boot). However, its main use is allowing him to jump into the air and land up to mid-range.

Boogie Pack: Is a jet pack with a pair of large orange turbine wings. This build grants Rex flight capabilities and increases his speed by +10 as well as a high-level of agility. He can launch the turbines at a target similarly to bolas. He can also launch two large grappling hooks on the top of both turbines. Like smack hands, boogie pack can propel Rex underwater. Lastly, he can create compressed air with the turbines for a number of purposes such as to create a dust cloud for cover or to push opponents back at least 5 meters.

Rex Ride: Is an orange motorcycle that uses levitation instead of wheels. The vehicle can match the level of a prodigies speed and possesses a retractable battering ram instead of an engine block. The battering ram can be used as a shield and break through various trees and objects.


Note: The user can only use up to two machines at a time from the originals.
Note: Smaller creations (advanced) need to be posted before battle and are to be submitted as separate customs.
