I would have to say Amaterasu is, a wielder of the Rinnegan and Mangekyo with Amaterasu is virtually untouchable and can dodge Limbo clones, I'm pretty sure the flame would also work on the clones since Sage chakra is Senjutsu.

amaterasu is trash and got fodderized by narutos hand covered in chakra.

IT is a ray of light not an actual physical thing that can cause harm, all it does is Trap you in the genjutsu, so the clones werent destroyed by the genjutsu.

Teen Naruto's clones were equally combating madara's limbo, Naruto even sealed one. Also Naruto can create gudodama as seen below(Left Arms). Hokage Naruto negs.

IT is a ray of light not an actual physical thing that can cause harm, all it does is Trap you in the genjutsu, so the clones werent destroyed by the genjutsu.

I guess IT put the clones in a genjutsu giving the Limbo clones an opportunity to strike.

already adressed this, naruto needed sasukes help and tsb which he no longer has, that scan doesnt show naruto creating TSB, and any version of naruto gets 1shoted by IT.

Doesn't Limbo have a time limit? Naruto's clones aren't as durable as Limbo clones, but they're more durable than regular shadow clones. They can hold their own, based on what was shown.

Yea limbo had time limit when madz had 1 rinnegan, but as obito told sakura in kamui dimension, you gain more power with double eyes, as we also saw with kamui, double eyes doubling the jumping speed I guess madaras time limit will also be none factor, as he now has 4 clones and with the time limit, it took him 2 manga pages to reuse limbo, I dont think he has that weakness any longer since he can create 4, plus yea limbo defeated narutos clones

Naah its not baseless when IT didnt affect edo tensei, a jutsu, so it won't affect kage bunshin in otherwords a jutsu, and by obitos statemet saying it doubled kamuis jumping speed, its not a stretch to say it also reduces limbos time limit

limbo can only be sealed/restrained, shadow clones die easily, now if you think it was the genjutsu that stopped the clones OK, but doesnt change the fact Limbo > naruto's clones, blocked several of the original naruto and RG sasuke attacks and smacked the shit out of them.

Firstly the mechanics being different has nothing to do with them being jutsus, it doesnt change the fact that its a jutsu, so limbo clones pummeled narutos clones, two adult naruto has no rikudou chakra, meaning he can't do jack to limbo, he can't even sense them without using the rikudou sage mode, how does rasengan hurt limbo?
Ignore what I said bout naruto not having RSM, but limbos just absorbs the rasengan, and limbos wear PS and gang bang naruto clones

ignoring limbo feats because they matched each other in a SINGLE scan? yea and next chapter they were gone, it was never suggested IT took the clones out or even portrayed, however they were fighting limbo before they dissapeared.

Limbo Hengoku is by far my favorite jutsu. Not because it is nearly impossible to fight, but I love Rinnegan and invisible clones are cool.
But Kishimoto fuqed up very badly.

It would've been better if Sasuke was only able to see Limbos and Naruto was only able to hurt the clones, but NOT able to sense them. That would've needed some REAL teamwork of Naruto and Sasuke to beat Madara.
