It's a clone of the user, meaning its Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu are as powerful as the user. Given that Madara is a user of this Jutsu, the only user, Limbo is practically invincible. whereas its proven under the licensed by kishi that limbo can use ninjutsu
