Quite a simple technique, actually...

Use a couple of Shadow Clones, or whatever you want, to keep your opponent distracted. Using that distraction, you somersault over your clones and strike a kick on your opponent's shoulder, pining him down.

*creates a clone and both of us jumped, while in the air I lift my leg and gave him an axe kick on his head, kicking his head downward... then hugs his waist while I'm on his back at the same time crosses my foot to lock him in place, finally hitting his head on the ground combined with my weight*

well, that's about what I can imagine from what I've read xd

1. Don't expect your Opponent to simply jump, so that you can preform the technique. You have to knock him down, and throw him up.

2. If you're both jumping at the same height, and then you kick him down, you will only have the Force of Gravity to bring you down, while your opponent has both that and the power of your Kick. It would be harder for you to reach him and preform the technique in those conditions.

3. It was an excellent attempt to description. Well done

~We begin running at your clone and N1 is about to do a leg sweep under it...I quickly run faster doing a leaping somersault over my clone and as your focused on dodging the leg sweep I land and do a heel kick to your clones shoulder knocking her over~

Hum, not sure if a single clone doing a leg sweep (which probably means he'd have to lower his stance, and thus revealing your advances clearly), would provide enough distraction for your kick to be successful.

Though if you send one of your remaining clones to finish the job, as your opponent is dealing with a flying kick and a sweeping kick, that would be a good combo. Nonetheless, I like the fact that you're attacking him from both directions (Up and Down)

*Runs towards your clone with graceful speed....I throw a flash bomb and then I close my eyes as its about to go off.....wen i reopen them I slide on my side kicking her in the face upwards...as she takes air I use my momentum to jump off my feet and do a series of punches to her stomach....then I grab her feet and bring her feet above my head as were on the downfall and I slam her to the ground...*

Hum sorry. But that was a pretty dumb movement. First of all, don't see the flash bomb as a momentary burst of light. It is sudden, but the light is still blinding for a few seconds. The better usage of the Flashbomb is throwing it behind you. That way, you don't get affected by it, and any opponent that looks at you will be blinded by the flash bomb.

Also if you're closing your eyes and throwing something to the ground, your opponent will do the same, and adopt a defensive stance. Though I guess it would give an opening to the Jutsu we were working on...

*performs the proper handseals to create a shadow clone, as soon as my clone appeared, I kick him in the chin breaking his jaw, making him unconscious and launching him in the air, I jumped immediately appearing on his left side... knees his spine and gives a hand chop on his throat, grabs his forehead and drags him head first on the ground while I use his body to cushion my fall*
