In order for it to have weather or even an atmosphere, it would need to have a solid core surrounded by molten earth.

Neptune's made of frozen water, which is solid matter, and has a rock core.

like to exsept the fact i will die one day or that i can breath

I'll teach you Earth Release: Rock Staff (Doton: Gansetsukon)

It requires no hand seals, as it is a jutsu that uses basic earth manipulation to turn any piece of earth or rock into a staff shape.

Focus your chakra in your feet and in your forearms. Then, get into a powerful defensive stance, and draw the earth up out of the ground with chakra in your legs, catch it with your hand, and form it with earth chakra as you catch it.

Good first try, but make sure you harden the dirt with your chakra if it's not rock.

Try again, you should get it soon

Be aware that in order to make a better spear, you should compress more dirt or rock than it seems is needed.

Also be aware that the spear is gonna be heavy
