Ok, LilT. I want you to sit here and think about the earth for the entire day. Feel the earth below you, and look at it all around you.

*starts looking at the ground and stuff*

Feel the earth beneath you. From the earth, all things are created. Feel the natural ebb and flow of life within the earth.

 

[Lil T]

um u want me to touch it to

Do whatever....

*takes off gloves and starts feeling the ground*

Feel the differences in it. Notice it. Earth is all around you, and many people simply ignore it.

ya like dirt and rocks and sand stuff like that right

But all Earth is unique. It's not just "stuff". Through this training, you will learn that.

Keep doing this for the rest of the day.

LilT, you don't have to go to the earth.

The earth is everywhere. Sit down, and let the earth come to you.

You don't need to look around.

You don't even need to look.

Sight is an illusion.

You must FEEL the earth. Feel it below you, and around you.

Breath in and out. Let go of your surroundings. Feel only the ground, and the earth. Feel its intricat textures and uniqueness.

Good. Do just that for the rest of the day.
