Performing it: *I close my eyes and circulate all of my chakra around my body and concentrate and increasing the speed of it,i then vibrate my chakra at high speeds and at this moment the hair on my arms begin to stick up and i can hear a high pitched noise coming from all around my body like a whistle and i increase the frequancy of my chakra and make it more violent and fast.As i do this sparks form around some of my body so i even out the chakra distribution around my body evening it all out then when i open my eyes there is a sheet of lightning covering all around my i then begin to walk and make sure to keep concentration to keep the lightning covering around me*
How I would use it: I would use this as a technique when fighting in close combat with someone when they are about to throw a punch or kick.I could also use this to stop week scale attacks
Weaknesses: I think that if someone shot water at me it would electrocute me (Tell me if i'm wrong)
Advantages: No hand seals and can be used whenever and can be used for every type of fighting like long range or close combat

If someone shoots water at you it depends on the rank of the water however usually and most likely it would electrocute you.
And I want you to think of a lot more things you can use the lightning armour for. It is an extremely useful technique so I want you to know its ins and outs.

Could use it to withstand such attacks as rock lees taijutsu
Can also be used to break through small amounts of earth

Hmm well i cant really think of any more except being able to shoot lightning from your hands in a split second also you can move around slightly quicker and can use it then make a clone who has the lightning shield around them and make 3 clones which can run at your enemy and shock them.I cant think of anymore so if there are some can you please tell me

None of those actually work.. It dosent increase your speed and if you make three clones they dont have it...
Basically you can use this to defend against most techniques from earth. Even up to B rank earth. Also this technique is extremely useful because when your opponent.
These are just slight ideas. I want you to think like this from now on. Understood?

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work

So form the handseals then clap your hands while running up a cliff. Then focus your lightning chakra into the earth to dislodge rocks that fly down.

*points at cliff and creates three clones* Go. Its straight forwards and kill my clones NOW. My clones all run after you with kunai's in their hands.

Performing it: *I looks behind me and see your clones and think oh sh*t.I perform the snake and upside down tiger and when i finish the handseals jump on the cliff and being to run up with your clones chasing me i clap my hands together finishing off the handseals and carry on running up the cliff with your clones chasing me.I then focus my lightning chakra into my hands and pin point locations in the cliff where the rock will fall and hit your clones.I then focus my lightning chakra into those places and see the rocks begin to shake as i begin to pour more lightning chakra into the earth the rocks fall and hit your clones*
How I would use it: When being chased up a side of a mountain
Weaknesses: If they anticipate the jutsu your doing they can jump out of the way of the falling rock and have to be running up a mountain
Advantages: Can injure/kill multiple targets at a time and requires few handseals

Very well done.
Now, if your facing an opponent who is short range from you with three kunai's he launches himself at you while throwing the kunai's. They would reach you a moment before he does. While releasing the kunai's he creates earth spikes that emerge around you. He reaches you two seconds after the earth spikes. What jutsus would you use out of the ones you have just learned .-.

This would stop the kunai and him from moving then as he performs the spikes i would cover myself in electric

Performing it*I place my hand out in front of me and concentrate my chakra into my hand and i then imagine the violent characteristics of lightning and begin to vibrate my chakra with speed which makes violent spark appear from my hand.I then thrust my hand into the air and into the clouds releasing the lightning from my hand into the clouds.I can now feel my chakra infused with the lightning in the clouds.I pin point a location in front of you not close enough to hit you tho.I then drop my hand and point it towards my desired location by controlling my chakra in the lightning*
How I would use it: When i could attack my oppent or bind them then the attack from the sky would hit them without them noticing.
Weaknesses: If they see you sending the lightning into the air they can simply move out of the way since the radius of the attack isn't great
Advantages: You can attack your enemy after sending the lightning into the air making him have to deal with a attack from above and one from underground or towards him

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.

What I want you to do is focus your chakra into the earth then make it rise around my clone *Makes clone* Of course before you do this make the handseals required and then relase bolts of lightning that hit him potentially damaging him.

Performing it: *I perform the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals and focus my earth chakra into the ground around your clone.I then pin point 4 locations around you making a square and cause the earth around those points to rise creating four pillars around your clone.I then stand up and concentrate my chakra into my hand and begin to vibrate my chakra in my hand.I then concentrate my lightning chakra around the pillars i created and release the chakra from the pillars creating wave of lightning to come from the pillars shocking your clone*
How I would use it: As a oppening attack since they would have to move back or in the air it would leave them open
Weaknesses:You have to create the pillars first so if they saw the pillars even if they hadnt of seen the move before they would move out of the way since of the earth
Advantages: The pillars around the enemy are far apart and cover a wide area giving them less time to move from the attack forcing them to jump into the air and open for a attack

(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration

Damage point: 30 (normally) 50 (when used in conjunction with water technique)
Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

I want you to use any water technique you know that creates water or has water that flows and infuse it with lightning to cause it to turn into a lightning/water combo. Also this is a vital technique so I want a lot of advantages and disadvantages O_O And situations.

Performing it: *I gather my chakra in my mouth and infuse it with my water chakra and spit it out causing water to flow from my mouth soaking the area in front of me.Then as i have nearly finished the water jutsu i place my palms of my hands in front of me and vibrate my chakra in my hands increasing its speed.I then begin to channel more chakra into my hands while vibrating them which creates sparks giving it the characteristics of lightning chakra.As my chakra begins to vibrate faster it increases speed and when i thrust my hands out in front of lightning comes out and combines with the water jutsu causing the are which was soaked by the water jutsu to become electrified*
How I would use it: I would use this as a quick attack like when i am in the air and my enemy has made earth spikes to where i land i could quickly use this jutsu as you dont need any hand seals or i could combine it with a water attack to create a combo
Weaknesses: The attack when not combined with a water attack is fairly weak and the range of the attack is only short to mid range so wont reach the enemy when they are long range
Advantages: This jutsu can be performed quickly without the need of any hand seals and can be used in allot of situations for instance if your enemy has a low level earth wall you can quickly shoot lightning at the wall breaking it since you dont need any hand seals.This can also be used when the oppent has created a fire and wind combo you can create a water and lightning combo with would over power the jutsu.

Incredibly useful technique. I want you to focus your lightning chakra into your hands and slam them on the ground aiming for my clone. Make sure you use a lot of description on performing it since it is crucial.

1st bolded. You never stated you would be on land. Be specific, cause if you are on the water and use this you get fried.

2nd bolded. Actually they wouldn't immediately suspect an earth jutsu until a disturbance in the earth unless they are somehow cheating or just breaking RP rules.

3rd bolded. You use lightning to stop earth, usually a higher ranked technique like Nagashi and when this techniques hits Nagashi it is neutralized anyways.

And an advantage of this technique is the multiple tendrils and that you can use it while concealed since not many people expect lightning from the earth when they hear crackling.
