Held your hands towards the sky, releasing an esscense of lightnig and by that shoot lightning up into the iar from your hands. Then use the lightning essence in the sky to form a lightning strike and send it down upon your desired location.
-I focus my chakra and send it to my hands and palms.I steetch out my hands and plams towards the sky releasing the chakra from my palms in the form of electrical essence.I keep doing this to make thunder clouds appear.As soon as the thunder clouds appear I use the electrical essence to create lightning in a desired location.If I did this correctly I would aim the lightning at a nearby tree in mid range.-

Gather Lightning chakra within your palm and slam it onto the ground whilist releasing the chakra from your palm creating a current of lightning which runs across the field eletrictuiting everything it gets in touch with.

-I start sending chakra to my hands and palms.I stock up more and more chakra in my palms in order to make the attack more powerful.As soon as I have gathered enough chakra I slam my palm to the ground while at the same time I release the chakra from my palm creating a current of electricity which races across the field creating a shock wave.I direct the shock wave to a training dummy shocking the dummy and paralyzing him and perhaps knocking him back if the attack is conjured well enough.-

Yosh, now do it again making it split up into several small currents of lightning covering a wide area infront of you.
-I start focusing my Rai chakra again into my palms.I stay focused keeping the flow constant and fluidsoI have enough power to make more than one current.As soon as I think that I have enough chakra gathered I slam my palm to the ground sending a flow of electricity over the field in fornt of me and spliting it into several smaller currents which race in front of me still damageing the opponent but with less power.-

-I sit on the ground waiting for the clouds to be denser and darker.As the sky gets darker the clouds gather into a mass of black thunder clouds upon us.Suddenly thunder strucks down into a tree not far from us.-

´That's.. Kinda it, raise your hand towards the sky drawing in the lightning which goes through you and into your opponent, shocking them. Though, of course, you need contact firstly.

-I raise my hand to the sky and use my chakra to draw in the lightning from the sky.As I am doing this I begin running at the dummy while keeping my hand raised.As soon as I am in range of the dummy I body check him into the torso thus creating physical contact.As I am slamming into the dummy I send all the lightning I gathered into the dummy thus paralyzing it.-
