It's cool. by manipulatig your wind chakra around in the air, cause a whirlwind to take place whereafter you focus your lightning chakra to wrap around it, creating a lightning dragon. Send it against your opponent as the lihgtning viontly jumps around on the dragon ready to strike anything if it should come in contact. .-.

-I focus my Fu chakra infront of me and by making it spin I create a vortex of wind which I send at a dummy.I then send my Rai chakra into the vortex wraping it around it,thus creating a lightning dragon.I send the lightning/wind combo towards the dummy as lightning jumps out of the dragon striking it and blowing it into smithereens.-

-I start molding my Rai chakra in my plam.I compress the chakra to the point where it is viewable and makes the sound of chirping birds.-

Now make the lightning more intense as you manipulate it to wrap arund your entire hand.

-I keep adding more chakra into the already created chidori intensifying it.I then make the intensified chidori spread out and wrap around my entire hand.-

More chakra, more concentration.

-I keep adding more chakra to the chidori making it bigger and more powerful.I enough chakra to the chidori until it becomes almost uncontrollable.I stop the chakra flow to my hand and only send enough chakra to keep it in tact while preserving it so I don't lose it.I then start using my chakra to make the chidori wrap around my hand.I keep concentrating until my hand is completely covered in the Lightning chakra.-

Slam your hands together dividing the Raikiri into two blades of lightning whereafter zigzagging at your opponent slashing through him with both Lightning Blades.

-I clap my hands together sending chakra from the hand with my raikiri to the other hand thus creating two raikiri.I focus chakra into them to make them equally powerful and then launch myself at a practice dummy.I run zigzag and just before being in front of the dummy I stretch out both my hands slamming both lightning blades in it destroying it.-
