Manipulate Lighting in your hand ( In Anime and Manga the lighting Mask Used it from Mouth but since a Ninja is using it use hands ) and Charge lighting into your hands and let it build up. As it reaches the full power to shoot them towards the tree.

There are two blasts of lighting that you need to create. You can't let your focus be disturbed. Try again using Both hands this time.

After failing the first time, i immediately focus a bigger amount of lighting chakra then before and charge the huge amount of lighting into both of my hand and make sure them balance out and also allowing it to build up after building up for a moment i release the ful powerout and shooting it toward the forest in front of me, causing forest fire.

I begin to place my hand facing the ground and start concentrating a huge amount of lighting chakra on my hand and perform Chidori while i'm at it , i kept very focus and being to use chakra control to keep it balance and also follow up by using lighting chakra manipulation to form it into a blade-shape and start rushing toward the huge rock in front of me.

Correct, That was the mistake , its called Lighting Blade because Kakashi once used it to CUT LIGHTNING. youtube is Great , when I had problems I did that Myself too.

This jutsu Affects anyone who is around you Even your clones , only the user is not effected by the jutsu since the lighting is originating from your plam. its like Lighting blasts are effecting in a circular form destroying much of landscape and anyone in it.

I quickly perform the required handseal and start to cover my body with lighting making it shine and also making it very strong and brightly which will blind you! o.o

The Pillar is because its entends from user's body into like pillar which Shines very brightly , throws stick at your head and it hits ..
