SASUKE is a Perfect example of what happens if you left children to grow up......Knowing their clan were discriminated against, moved to the side of some town, then eventually killed out.....

Those who knew were indirectly responsible. The old people that didn't know were indirectly responsible for allowing such corrupt individuals to grow up and create such corrupt plans.

Imagine the amount of people who would have died in the war, all because of Itachi friends and family of those killed in the war, having to visit a new grave site everyday.
