for the record, that method is just one of many for this jutsu, i made you do it as it is similar to a way of performing a previous jutsu..


now, mould suiton chakra into the form of a snake, then form it into a dragon (as this tech has two forms i want to make you do both) stabilise the form and then hold it steady (as water is naturally a mobile element this may prove difficult)

[after realizing that i have a good hold of shape and chakra again with the help of shape manipulation i created the shape of dragon]

rasengen was invented by the fourth, but it was not fully developed,
naruto did it complete as fuuton rasengen.

as rasengen is direct impact jutsu
but the fuuton rasengen can be thrown to opponent

[once done i launch them to attack down in lake]
[but creating a strong link of chakra between me and sharks, if they get deshape so i can regenerate them]
[requires large amount of chakra and concentration to maintain the link between them down in water]



by the way why ask about fuuton rasengen ??
