[the power of the vortex is so great that it can create the large amount of impact on opponent while smashing him on lake]

hmm... ok, i'll explain this then...

this technique requires no water source, what i want you to do is draw in moisture from the air and gather it around your dominant arm, you then apply chakra to condense more and more water while rotation it rapidly, forming a drill shape, you then make a punching motion and unleash the water...
