*Karui arrives back at the training grounds, sore as all hell*

"Hello, Noni-sensei.... Alright... Next jutsu... Let's get this show on the road!"

*She fist pumps but quickly retracts her arm since she was sore* "Ha... Yeah... Let's do it..." *Karui shifts her feet in an elegant manner. From there, a pool of water starts to hold her weight. She shakes at first, almost falling off, but eventually the water takes a flat shape. She then guides it forawrd, gliding across the field quite quickly* "Whooo!!!" *She goes a tad too far and the water disperses under her, leaving her feet to meet the ground and stop her in her tracks. She falls onto her face*

"Sweet!.. If only I had my sword on me..."

(Question, is this to be used with kenjutsu? I don't know kenjutsu, so I find that this technique would be useless for me to use any time soon, if it does require kenjutsu.)

( Suiton: Seisuiryu ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is handy to use when you are trying to get in on your opponent. It's good to avoid certain techniques and quite fast. Requires no hand seals and short to mid range.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique can only send you forward. Not side to side and not backwards. Cannot travel at long range. If your opponent uses a lightning technique, your poor legs will be friend.

_

*Karui rubs her cheek that she fell on and moves onto the next technique*

"Bring it..."

*Karui forms suiton chakra in her mouth and puts the two tips of her fingers on her lips. From there, she removes the water from her mouth in a sexy and quite technical way. With her almost perfect form, she lashes it out, cracking it on a nearby tree. Multiple pieces of bark fly off of the tree and a cut remained on the tree*

"By the time Noni-sensei and I are done, there will be no trees left... These techniques are great..."

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Creative uses/strengths: Okay, this technique is a controlled/concentrated technique, meaning that it will have precision behind it. Upon the hit of the whip, it will send the opponent back quite a ways so you will be able ot get some distance in between you and your opponent. Since it's a concentrated attack, it will be hard to evade, consider the user controls it precisely. Requires no hand seals. Can be used in conjunction with lightning techniques (?).
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is only mid range so only ideal for close quarters. You have to keep focused on this attack in order for it to hit with precision. I assume it will leave the user vulnerable to lightning attacks.

_

*Karui moves on to her next technique*

"Boy, this training sure does have me beat... Alright... Here we go..."

*Karui weaves the hand seals Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat and Snake and uses Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu for a viable water source. (I know you don't need a water source. Just trying to show off for you, Noni-sensei. :)) It starts to storm. Her techniques were getting stronger and stronger. With the rain that falls above her, she condenses and produces multiple projectiles. She commands them forth, with a swing of her hand and a numerous amount of sharp water projectiles shoot through the same tree she cracked the whip on*

"Interesting... Another technique I'll love to use in future battles..."

*The rain keeps pouring down as she completes her C rank training. Almost as if it was a celebration of sorts. She tilts her head up into the endless rain and closes her eyes, smiling* "With every move I make... With every technique Noni-sensei teaches me, my strength and will increases... Thank you, Noni-sensei..." *She thinks to herself*

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird β†’ Rat β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rat β†’ Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

( Suiton: Shawa ) - Water Release: Showers
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique seems very useful to me as well. It requires no hand seals and no water source as you create the source from the water vapor already existing in the air. The only reason I used it in conjunction with another jutsu was to kind of combo. I had the rain "on my side" whilst I created the projectiles to send at the opponent. Due to the rain, I'll be able to "see" an opponent, making the attack much more viable. Short to mid range. They can be sent anywhere and can be used in combos.
Drawbacks/counters: This wouldn't really work on anyone who uses doton techniques. And you can block them fairly easily it seems.

You don't need to use Kenjutsu to perform that technique correctly. Sword attacks can also be free-form.

That marks the end of the C-Ranks I want you to make a list of your top 5 best jutsus of the C-Rank water and explain why. 1 being highest.

Alright. Awesome.

My first favorite technique in this entire session has been (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique. Not only do I like how the technique is performed and the fact that it makes it rain, which for some reason I find beautiful and awesome, but it can give you a great tactical advantage from the beginning of a fight, to the end unless countered. Being able to sense hidden opponents and projectiles is a huge bonus in my book.

My second favorite or at least second most useful technique would be (Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone. Again, this technique gives you a tactical advantage over the opponent. It grants access to numerous other sneaky techniques whilst also being a helping hand in battle.

Third favorite would be (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. I like teh fact that you can take control over the area with this one technique alone. It requires only two hand seals so you'll be able to prepare it quite quickly. It can be done in an instance, for quick, sneaky tactics. Or it can be prepped, for immobilizing your opponent for something big.

Fourth favorite: (Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds. Simple and preps a fire attack to be even more deadly. The fact that you can literally move it over your opponent and disperse it on them, covering them in flammable oil is great. I consider this a great cooking technique as well, if you do not mind the taste of oil.

And last in lne but not least, ( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip. I just like the effects that come with this move as well as how it puts distance in between you and your opponent. Minus all of the creative and sexy (;)) performances that can come with this ability, it requires no hand seals, it's concentrated so it's precise, and who doesn't like whips? :whip:

I hate whips.

(Suiton: Hahonryuu) - Water Style: Destruction Torrent
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After waving the Boar ? Dog ? Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.
Note: No water source required

Basic technique after performing the 3 hand seals required the user will create a vortex around the palm of his hand, then with a thrust aiming towards the opponent he will release it in hopes to attack or defend the opponent. Now it has a couple of hand seals and overall may take some time you can look in the anime yourself to notice. Its nice streaming technique with an intent to harm the opponent in two ways, pushing them back with a powerful thrust, and getting the opponent wet. Other then this notes its basic.

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox ? Monkey ? Hare ? Rat ? Boar ? Bird ? Ox ? Horse ? Bird ? Rat ? Tiger ? Dog ? Tiger ? Snake ? Ox ? Ram ? Snake ? Boar ? Ram ? Rat ? Yang Water ? Monkey ? Bird ? Dragon ? Bird ? Ox ? Horse ? Ram ? Tiger ? Snake ? Rat ? Monkey ? Hare ? Boar ? Dragon ? Ram ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Bird ? Yang Water ? Rat ? Boar ? Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

A very famous and destructive jutsu that really in my opinion is one of the bests in the suiton list. Now yes unless you specialize in water for your bio, you will have to complete all of those hand seals. After the hand seals is done the user will manipulate the near by water source to rise it and mold its shape to create a very powerful dragon. The user must remain focus during the performance and until he sends the dragon to the opponent. Now it has the raw power to seriously hurt the opponent as well as drench the area, depending on the terrain, where and what type of water source. Little to say its main purpose is to be as offensive as it can be. A huge downside to it is those hand seals. The amount of time to perform them would take very long, in the midst of battle.

(Suiton: Suiryuben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

This is a useful technique, quick and easy as well. With the Tiger hand seal the user will create a orb to appear anywhere he/she desires, I recommend a little but close to you. Now while always remaining focused towards the orb the user will release multiple whips out of the orb directed all over the area where the opponent is. The whips are highly flexible and very fast pace. They can be released anywhere on the orb, and towards any part of the field since it deals a long range.

(No you don't.)

*Karui arrives back onto the battlefield, ready for world domination*

"Hey, Noni-sensei."

*Without wasting any time, Karui weaves the Boar, Dog and Ram hand seals. A small, rasengan-like water ball forms in Karui's hand. She throws it and not that far in front of her it stops and creates a big, circular water wall*

"Looks like a good defense, to me..."

(Suiton: Hahonryuu) - Water Style: Destruction Torrent
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After waving the Boar ? Dog ? Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.
Note: No water source required

Creative uses/strengths: This technique can be used for an offensive move, or a defensive move, which versatility is always good. It can also push the opponent back. It doesn't require a water source and I assume it's strong enough to stop projectiles.
Drawbacks/counters: This techniques requires three hand seals. And as you stated, it's also quite slow. So it having slow start up time mixed with the three hand seals doesn't sound too good.

_

*Moving onto the next technique, Karui looks at Noni-sensei as if he is a madman when she hears the laundry list of hand seals she has to perform*

"You can't be serious, Noni-sensei..." "What the fuuu...?"

*Assuming that he was serious, Karui performs the grocery list of hand seals, Ox, Monkey, Hare, Rat, Boar, Bird, Ox, Horse, Bird, Rat, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Ox, Ram, Snake, Boar, Ram, Rat, Yang, Water, Monkey, Bird, Dragon ? Bird ? Ox ? Horse ? Ram ? Tiger ? Snake ? Rat ? Monkey ? Hare ? Boar ? Dragon ? Ram ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Bird ? Yang Water ? Rat ? Boar ? Bird, (Forget taking those question marks out. :|) and almost dies of exhaustion. She starts to pant and takes her arm and points it into the direction of the large lake. She curls her fingers as if she was tightly gripping the air. She raises her arm up and a very large amount of water comes from the lake. Larger than any of her other techniques she's learned by far. She then shapes it into a gigantic dragon and swipes her hand, sending it into an area highly populated by tree not far from her a Noni-sensei. At the blink of an eye, the dragon is crashing and destroying massive amounts of trees. After a good amount of destruction had gone on within the field, the water dragon dies down to a puddle*

"... Holy shit... :|" *Karui thought to herself*

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox ? Monkey ? Hare ? Rat ? Boar ? Bird ? Ox ? Horse ? Bird ? Rat ? Tiger ? Dog ? Tiger ? Snake ? Ox ? Ram ? Snake ? Boar ? Ram ? Rat ? Yang Water ? Monkey ? Bird ? Dragon ? Bird ? Ox ? Horse ? Ram ? Tiger ? Snake ? Rat ? Monkey ? Hare ? Boar ? Dragon ? Ram ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Bird ? Yang Water ? Rat ? Boar ? Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

Creative uses/strengths: Okay....... This technique is extremely powerful, able to hurt your opponent in numerous amounts of ways but mostly with it's raw power. Possibly one of the best in the suiton list to me as well simply because of it's power. It reaches short to long distance so that is absolutely great especially to make up for doing one million one hand seals.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique.... Requires a large amount of hand seals (and I am being generous here). So unless you specialize/master suiton, I DON'T THINK IT'S PRACTICAL AT ALL AND THE FACT THAT THE HAND SEALS REQUIRED ARE IN THE DOUBLE DIGITS MAKES ME WANT TO PUNCH MY COMPUTER SCREEN AND QUIT NB... Moving on...

_

*After almost dying of over-utilizing her fingers, Karui moves onto the next technique*

*Karui weaves the Tiger hand seal and shapes an orb of water in front of her. It was medium sized. After that, with the wave of a few fingers, three spiky water whips dash out to several trees, impaling some, moving around some and impaling more. They eventually disperse*

"Now that was cool, Noni-sensei." *Karui smiles proudly*

(Suiton: Suiryuben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

Creative uses/strengths: First of all, this technique is also short to long range which I love. It is a concentrated attack, therefore it's precision is above average, being able to get around difficult obstacles and still make contact with your opponent. It only requires one hand seal which is a miracle, after that last plethora of hand seals... It can also be sent towards multiple opponents/enemies at the same time. That's awesome. It also doesn't require a water source. For a technique like this able to be used without a water source is amazing, in my honest opinion. Very fast technique.
Drawbacks/counters: A downside to this technique is that it requires the user to be completely focused on it at all times or else it will be unsuccessful. Meaning they are open to attacks or if the user's concentration is interrupted, the attack will be unsuccessful.

My computer does not process the arrows in the notes. Boo hoo. Also the dragon bullet was recently revamped I just noticed it. Its not much of a difference but just look in the jutsu list.
________
(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot
Rank: B/A-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20/30
Damage Points: 40/60
Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

This is a very convenient technique which has a large amount of mobility which is a reason why I like it. The user will do one hand seal and spew out a fast rotating ball of water towards the opponent. You can send 1-5 balls of water and the attack potency depends on just how much chakra you add onto it. Sending one bullet is much more powerful and has ability to rip through even the strongest defenses. While sending more but small bullets are much more faster as well as tougher to evade. You can use this tech as a finishing move or to distract the opponent sending projectile water bullets over and over again. It has a large amount of purpose. Ways to counter are simple, projectiles are usually straightforward so blocking is easy as well as certain evasion methods.

(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Slicer
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.

One of the very simple techniques. The user after doing one quick hand seal will rise a large amount of water from the ground. The water is manipulated to form into a jet slice of water. The user can send it towards the opponent as a projectile. While it is moving it literally rips through ground towards the opponent. This can even effect the terrain to a extent by preventing the opponent from using the ground as freely as they want as well as since its cracked up even afterward it will remain so. I like to send lightning towards it to even crack around the ground and have a better attack potency. It can block through attacks while moving.

( Suiton: Suishinshu ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword into the ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Okay the user will send suiton chakra into their sword and jump into the air and when reaching the ground stab it in the ground causing a water pillar to rise up right under the opponent, this will send the opponent high into the air while pushing them back. Now Its a tough tech to decide to use, you will have to jump into the air first leaving you vulnerable to attacks, I recommend that to use this technique if you were on top of a summon and jump down a large summon and then use the technique. This way your less vulnerable and less prone to attack. Now when the pillars sets a gush of water will appear first then launch the opponent. Now when they are in the air you are left to continue quickly to another attack giving you full freedom. You will have to stab the sword though short range of the opponent in the ground so he/she will most likely have visual contact on you. This can have them anticipate your move, be weary.

(Hey, I'm not complaining. :p But I still wasn't about to change all of those to comas... Ha... No. :| But as far as the question marks go, I don't mind, Noni-sensei. :))

*Still thinking about that ungodly amount hand seals she had to perform to form the water dragon, Karui unwillingly moves onto the next technique*

*Karui weaves the Tiger hand seals and gather suiton chakra in her mouth. Doing her silly but effective little straw holding technique, she spits out a single, very, very fast small water bullet. The farther it got, the more size it gained, blasting through a nearby tree and slicing it in half and the other behind it. After the technique, the entire area was drenched in water*

"Neato..."

(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot

The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

Creative uses/strengths: Another technique that is short-long range. That's always good, in my eyes. It only requires one hand seal and no water source. Awesome. It's very convenient and has a good amount of mobility. It can be easily used to deal the final blow to your opponent or distract them, sending multiple at a time over and over again.
Drawbacks/counters: Even though you can create and send up to five, the more you send out, the weaker they get. It is a projectile so blocking or creating a wall of sorts will suffice for defending against it.

_

*Karui moves onto the next technique. After weaving the Tiger hand seal once more, Karui lifts her hand up and water seeps and rises above the ground. It starts to rotate. Just as it picks up enough speed to slice through a human being, Karui sends it out in the direction of the poor trees she's been practicing on since day one. The water jet slices through the bottom of multiple trees, causing them all to slump to the side*

"Imagine if you were to ever get hit with that... Devastating..."

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is short to mid range. I consider that acceptable for a technique that has slicing power as such. Only requires one hand seal. It clearly states that this technique is powerful enough to slice through solid rock. I've been waiting to hear that ever since we started training. So, lower ranked or weaker doton defenses and attacks will be useless against this technique. A projectile technique so you can combo. That's always good. Has the power to effect the very terrain beneath you.
Drawbacks/counters: I hate to say it, but it doesn't go long range. A technique like this would be more amazing if it could go long range. But at this point, I'm grasping at straws. I'm not sure what else I can add.

_

*Immediately moving on to her next technique, Karui takes out her katana and releases suiton chakra into it. She jumps into the air just like Noni-sensei instructed and as she comes down onto the ground, she stabs her katana deep into the ground, releasing an enormous amount of suiton chakra. When it came from out of the ground, it was somewhat like a water spout on a smaller scale*

"Glad I brought my katana, this time around..."

( Suiton: Suishinshu ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar

Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword into the ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique doesn't require any hand seals or a water source as you are the water source for the technique. Despite it saying offensive, I think of it as defensive, since it creates a distance between you and your opponent. Now, since it puts your opponent in the air, you are free to attack. .It basically gives you an opening.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique sort of takes a long time to perform. So I don't consider it "practical". It may be useful in some cases, but not practical. It can be easily anticipated. Also, whilst the user is in the air, they can simply use futon techniques to maneuver themselves around, avoiding your incoming attacks.

Also very straightforward making it easy to defend with basic walls or evade. Also its a loud technique running through the ground so its not good fro snick attacks.
_____________
( Suiton: Seiryusho ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.

Very simple the user will send a torrent of water from their hands towards the opponent short range from them. Now this is a great close combat attack I recommend it highly when you get in a position to a taijutsu fighter who is giving you a hard time. Its very fast to create no hand seals whatsoever, its simple as you can tell from the description. Nothing much more to add on here.

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

The user will create a orb of water acting as a miniature water source, because when the orb is created the user will manipulate it once again to form multiple spears of streaming water (4-6 seen in the game) which are used to attack the opponent with a barrage of this spears to impale the opponent. This is actually a fast moving technique and fast to perform, I recommend using it when you get close range of the opponent. The speed of them spears would be to fast for the opponent to react to them all at once. You must keep concentration though to send the streams, so if you want to send another jutsu you must release this one. Its not a projectile based technique. Its flexible nature allows the streams to be sent at any direction or area of the body, making it hard on the opponent.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

This is similar another great short range technique, which can still be used from mid. Now with simple hand movements the user will create water shaped crescents in a very fast motion. Another technique where you can attack any area you want by a simple hand wave, it acts to impale the opponent and the water crescents move fast. Must keep concentration for them though. A great add in is you can move around and twirl while still generating the crescents, so you can in short evade or block while still sending the multiple crescents hitting the opponent.

Creative uses/strengths: Probably the most simple suiton technique yet. Lol Quick and easy plus it creates a distance. Probably good for dousing fires and getting rid of other techniques.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is probably too easy to evade. It's basic. Simple... Prone to lightning attacks. And it's only short range.

_

*Karui eagerly moves onto the next technique. Wanting some action*

"Alright what's next?.."

*Karui concentrates suiton chakra in her hand and eventually a rotating ball of water forms in her hand. She stops it abruptly and the ball remains. She lifts it up a little higher and focuses on it. Suddenly, A few spears quickly come straight out of the ball. One facing straight, one slightly to the left and the third slightly to the right. She grins evilly and the ball and spears disperse*

"That's another cool one, Noni-sensei."

Creative uses/strengths: Alright. This technique doesn't require any hand seals nor does it need a water source, so it is fast. It's short to mid and can go in multiple directions, which is awesome. Very, very hard to avoid. Good against taijutsu-heavy opponents, I would assume.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is another concentrated one, so if you would like to perform another technique, you must release this technique. Not wise to use against lightning-based opponents because they could possibly fry you.

_

*Karui was exhausted as these techniques were really eating up her chakra*

"... Alright... Piece of cake... Right... Next one... Whoo!.." *She huffs and puffs as she speaks*

*Karina focuses the suiton chakra in her hand and spins around, sticking her hand out. A sharp water blade emerges from her pitiful human tornado technique. It cuts a few tress around her and then she falls completely over, exhausted as all hell*

"Yayyyy..." *She seems to fall asleep on the ground* "Medic..."

Creative uses/strengths: This technique doesn't require any hand seals or water source. It's quick and you can use this technique to counter any taijutsu attack around you when you spin. Seems very useful that way. You can send multiple crescents out whilst spinning as well.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is not something you should do around lightning attacks. Can be countered by armor of sorts. It's yet another concentrated attack. So once you lose focus, that is it.

(I cannot lie, I am quite tired at the moment. So forgive me if I am lacking in the description or performance department. I am doing the best I can in my current state. But I do want to train, so I refuse to quit replying.)

You can always take a break. Make it up to me by getting this next set spot on perfect.

(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey β†’ Rat β†’ Tiger β†’ Dragon β†’ Horse β†’ Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

A handy jutsu for some scenarios. Now after performing the required hand seals the user will summon a pillar of water out the ground and form it into a snake which they send towards the enemy as a projectile based attack. Now their are some small perks with this jutsu. One being that it requires no hand seals also it can follow the opponent but for this feature you must stay concentrated on it. So if you send it as a projectile its straightforward but if you control it, it becomes impossible to go onto the next tech. Makes having a clone nice. Also when it engulfs the opponent, it turns into a river of water which carries him away. I would send a lightning current when it becomes a river. Its best used in caves, then in open space fields.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

Very similar to the weaker version, its concept is basically the same to trap the opponent in a circle of water. Now it can create its own water source so this can be created in any terrain but a problem is it takes a while for it to fully form so a opponent can use the split second to counter it. Shooting mud at the core can easily stop the water from fully forming. When the opponent is caught the user can't use any technique since they must be focused on the water. Its meant to suffocate the opponent to death. Having a ally, summon, or clone can help finish the opponent off when trapped. If you are ever caught in this sphere there is not much you can really do, so be cautious. Setting this up with combos is great as a finisher so its combo friendly.

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After waving the Dragon β†’ Tiger β†’ Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

Another very basic technique. After doing 3 hand seals the user will send a jet of water towards their mouth which moves at intense speed making it hard for evasion, its also quite combo friendly as a finisher and requires no water source. It is a streaming type technique meaning you must keep streaming it towards the opponent, and it acts to push the opponent pack with power. It is straightforward but can be handy for use.

"Yes, Noni-sensei."

*She nods and moves on to the next technique*

*Karui weaves the hand seals Monkey β†’ Rat β†’ Tiger β†’ Dragon β†’ Horse β†’ Dragon. She starts to rotate her hands next to eachother and a large spinning water vacuum forms. It starts to take shape and a snake then appears. She concentrates on it wholeheartedly and send it out to a tree. With very fast speed, it opens it's mouth and attacks the tree. As soon as it makes contact, it dissipates to a stream of water, leaving behind four snake bite marks*

"That's an awesome one. Another I'll mark off to use in the future."

(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A

This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is short to long range. You can either send it at them as a projectile to distract them or concentrate on it to have precision. If you concentrate on it, it becomes more flexible and versatile, making the attack easier to control.
Drawbacks/counters: Now, you said this technique requires no hand seals. Yet is says it requires a few. That's a downside to this technique. If you do not concentrate on this technique, it could possibly be easy to evade and less flexible, making it less useful when not using it with other attacks.

_

*Karui moves on to the next technique*

"Let's see if this one is as cool as that last one..."

*Karui focuses on the ground beneath Noni-sensei. After a few seconds, he is tangled in a bubble of water*

"I told you you feel one of these techniques before this training is over!!!" *She smiles as she hurls a blade of wind at Noni-sensei but only a few inches in front of her, it disperses* "What the?.." *She tries it again, again and again, with the same results* "That's right... I haven't completed my wind training yet..." "If I would have let one of those hit you, you would be a goner, Noni- sensei. U_U" *She closes her eyes and has a confident look plastered on her face and the water prison drops Noni-sensei*

Note: Technique creates its own water source

Creative uses/strengths: This technique requires no hand seals and requires no water source. It's relatively quick and acts the same way as the water prison jutsu with the restriction of having to make contact with it for it to stay active.
Drawbacks/counters: As you stated, this technique takes a little while to perform thus the opponent has a small window to counter it or defend against it.

_

*Moving on to her next technique, Karui weaves the Dragon β†’ Tiger β†’ Rabbit hand seals. A spiraling horn of water comes from out of her mouth. As it slowly spirals out, enough of it has come out and as she bites down on it to cut it off, the remain water left out of her mouth goes spinning at a rabid speed towards a tree, spiraling right through it like a drill through a piece of wood*

"Now that's the stuff..." *She smiles at Noni-sensei*

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn

Creative uses/strengths: This technique seems perfect at mid range, being that it's concentrated yet you can perform a combo for distraction or a finishing blow. You can use it in conjunction with yoton to create a solid piece of spiky concrete. It acts to push the opponent back as well. Your mouth is the water source so no big water source or technique is required.
Drawbacks/counters: It's concentrated, so you have to keep focused on it. If your opponent uses a lightning technique whilst this is going on, your head will explode. Basic so perhaps easy to evade.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Okay now the opponent will slam their hands on the ground which will summon a large amount of water right above the opponent. Now the water does not have much of a attack potency. Its main components include distractions and combos. Now when the water crash onto the opponent it crushes them and pushes down on them, restricting movement of the opponent. Its a great combo to use to try and attack the opponent from all areas. Now their are two main ways to combo this, one being it creates a shadow over the opponent, and it will drip water down depending on where and how high the opponent places the water, usually 10 meters is best to place it. I use it to attack from above and then attack from below using some spikes. Its a basic combo but effective.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

Okay now this is a nice jutsu to use if used correctly. Now you must be close range of the water, by releasing your water chakra through the water you can sink into the water and pretty much blend and be one with the water. This is a great jutsu to use for snick attacks as well as giving yourself time to map out a certain plan. Its nice for infiltration as well. Now you can only stay in the water for a short period of time; you can't live in their if you know what I mean. Also its a useless jutsu if used against a sensory as well as dojutsu user they will easily detect you. You can blend into any natural water source so small you can blend into pounds of water.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

Okay after one hand seal without the need of any water source the opponent will spew a high volume of water out their mouth towards the ground, the process while spewing the water is the water will travel very fast through the ground covering the terrain as well as lift the opponent upward due to the pressure the water gives off, that can allow certain air evasions upward. Now the water can easily transform a barren wasteland to a ocean. Its great to put out fire or use the terrain to your advantage. The water can be used to ride at high speed for close range battle. This jutsu can also create its own water source for the user. Overall a handy jutsu.

*Back on the training field after her long Christmas vacation, Karui was back to kick some arse and take some names... Even though it was only training*

"Ah... Good afternoon, Noni-sensei... Phew... What a cold Christmas... I totally got a new katana... Just saying... I see you haven't gotten anything... You must have been a bad boy..." *Karui smiles*

*Not quite back in the groove but never forgetting what she has learned so far, Karui weaves the Bird β†’ Rat β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rat β†’ Snake and forms storm clouds. It starts raining and when it starts to rain hard enough, Karui slaps her hand on the ground and a concentrated, massive water pillar forms in the sky far above a tree and slams onto the tree, absolutely destroying it altogether*

"Heh..."

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A

Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Creative uses/strengths: Well first off, this technique can be instantly canceled. This is what caught my attention first. So if something happens to your disadvantage and you cannot handle the weight of the situation, you can cancel it and move onto something that will better suit you and the situation. It requires no hand seals, as well. Good for attack above, then using a spiky water attack from the bottom.
Drawbacks/counters: Like you said, not much of an attack potency. I assume it's not accurate against a moving target or fast (EIG?) opponent. They could easily evade the attack and counter it.

_

"Phew... Two more... Then a break..." *Karui wipes her forehead off, even though she wasn't sweating*

*Quickly moving on, Karui focuses a good amount of chakra throughout her entire body. Because it was still raining very heavily due to her first technique, she stood near a dried up waterfall and blended in with the rest of the water falling, like she wasn't there at all. After a brief moment, the blending faded and she walked from underneath the waterfall*

"That was so cool... Wow..." *She think to herself*

(I like this one. Lol)

Creative uses/strengths: This technique automatically gets 10 cool points from me, since it blends you in with water and the way I pictured it, it looked amazing. (I have a great imagination, when it comes to this stuff.) Great to use against shinobi without sensory or chakra sensing doujutsu. Seemingly amazing for sneak attacks and use with projectiles. With all of the suiton techniques that create a water source and more, this technique can be used flawlessly with every one I can think of. Which is great because it gives you a way bigger advantage. No hand seals.
Drawbacks/counters: Automatically rendered useless against doujutsu wielders and sensory shinobi. Requires a water source and if you want it to work well and to it's full potential, I believe you should use it with a really big water source... Not a mere flimsy one or obviously your entire body won't be hidden. -_-

_

*Already a bit tired, Karui moves onto her next technique*

*Hunched over with her hands on her knees, she huffs and puffs as if she's used up almost all of her chakra*

"Great... To be back... Non-sensei... PHEW!.."

*Moving on, Karui weaves the snake hand seal and spits out a large amount of water chakra. As the water hits the ground, it lifts her up and she rides it kind of like she's on surf board. She manpulates it to push her into the air and push her forward a great distance. It disperses and she lands on her feet a great distance from where she was*

"Talk about a nice boost..."

Creative uses/strengths: A good evasion technique to avoid harmful things on the ground and also useful to propel you a distance away from something you don't want to be around. It's short to long distance so that's real nice for an evasion technique. It also only requires one hand seal. Also creates a water source after you are finished with it. That's really cool lol.
Drawbacks/counters: Using this to avoid any lightning attack will instantly get you fried. :| A doton wall can stop you from getting anywhere at all.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20 (-50 per turn while trapped in the vortex of waves)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

A pretty straightforward technique. The user will do one hand seal release their chakra in the sky creating clouds which begin to rain at a tremendous rate. The rain shoots down which can create waves of water that can act to wash away the enemy when the water reaches its peaking point. Note it does take some time before it releases that much water, so be sure to keep the opponent distracted. Now the water can easily restrict the opponents movement and sap the opponents chakra away. This will weaken them further. Note you must keep your hand seal or remain concentrated to the rain fall. You can keep it going for two turns. I recommend getting a clone or ally to do the hand seal and you can send attacks while the opponent is restricted. The rain can even be used as your own water source.

*Karui performs the dog hand seal and raises one hand in the air, aiming towards teh sky. After a minute or two, the sky above them is completely blacked out with storm clouds. And slowly begins to rain and the longer she focuses and keeps the hand seal, the more rain that produces. She was focused on most of the rain before her but at the rate all of the rain was coming down, the rain drops were even beginning to sting her as well. Not long after this, the entire field was flooded up to her a Noni-sensei's knees. She holds the seal and focuses straight forward in the field of tree and moves her free hand forward. As soon as she does that, the foot-high water gathers in layers of waves and rushes to the trees and making a mini tsunami. Trees can be heard cracking, branches are being broken off, even some were broken in half. After a few seconds of this, Karui releases the seal and relaxes, being that that technique took a lot of her chakra and energy. The clouds and rain slowly dispersers as the sunlight comes through and reveals the havoc the technique released among the entire field*

*Karui started to pant as she help her knees* "How was that, sensei?.." *She was clearly out of breath*

Creative uses/strengths: I look at this technique as a good way to immobilize your opponent completely. It also only requires one hand seal and slowly drains their chakra, which is... Pretty awesome lol. I like that. It's short to long, which is good and can simply wash your opponent opponent far away from you.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique would be pretty useless to use on your own, being that it takes so long to conjure the clouds and wait for the downfall of the rain so I do believe a clone or ally is needed. I think a counter can be made if the opponent simply makes a water pillar from the summoned water or earth pillar that's strong enough to withstand the giant wave(s).

1. (Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique. Simple. I like the the way I can use this in battle because not only does it push your opponent far away or restrain them, it takes away their chakra. Not much more I could ask for there. It also creates a giant water source all over the place, due to how much rain it brings in. And much like, (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique, the way I see it is very pretty and represents my village, Amegakure, to me. Also has a hint of destruction.

2. (Suiton: SuiryΕ«ben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip. It's a nice technique that is very versatile and has far reach... It can get where other techniques might struggle or might not even be able to get. And like I said before, I like the idea of it being a "whip". Even though it's more like spears of death.

3. (Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade. Basically a versatile water summon of destruction that is quick and that you can cancel if you please. Again, short to long which is always good when it comes to techniques like these. You will need the range.

4. (Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique. I feel like this is a very sneaky and useful technique against any non-sensory or non-doujutsu wielder and being that so many suiton techniques provide some sort of water source, this technique is amazing for trickery at almost all times.

5. Last but not least, yes, (Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique... Even though you have to perform a dictionary-worth of hand seals, this technique is probably one of the most destructive techniques out of the basic five. And if you simply specialize in it/master it or get a clone to do it for you, it can be lethal. It will... Be lethal.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Style: Giant Water Vortex Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Ram β†’ Boar β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Bird, extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.
Note: Technique Requires a water source.

Another very long hand seal set jutsu which is probably the biggest downside but it is a great jutsu I recommend it. After performing the hand seals the user will manipulate water in the nearest water source to rise and then release it towards the opponent as a powerful wave of water. The sheer power can push an opponent back serious meters as well as catch him in the water, since it moves so fast the opponent will barely be able to move let alone use a jutsu while being washed away. It can cause terrain change which basically can destroy trees with ease and flood the whole area with water, this can harm fire users as well as destroy areas of mountains and damp the ground. It is a devastating streaming technique that can be used as a finisher. Covers a very wide and long range as well.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Rat β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. Now a great advantage is though its a dense water wall their field of vision is still in tact and basically can still see through the water and notice everything going on. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

(Switching to Ameyuri "Storm" in sig :))

*Out of nowhere, Ameyuri drops down on the training field in front of her sensei*

"I'll be taking Karui-chan's spot as a student from here on out. Hopefully you do not mind."

*She smiles as she weaves the Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Ram β†’ Boar β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Bird. Her hand seals were exceptionally quick as she has a lot of experience in suiton techniques. She guides her right hand in front of her as if she was commanding something and seconds later, a giant water wave towers out of the nearby lake behind Ameyuri. The water slowly comes down and wipes out the entire front of the field. Trees had been wiped out completely and showed no prior existence. And a giant hole remained in the ground where the giant water wave had initially slammed*

"Easy." *She smirked*

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is very strong and can be used to finish off a weakened opponent. Capable of covering a wide area of land as I imagine it as pretty huge, due to the description stating that after the technique, it looks nothing short of a natural disaster that had hit whatever land you planted the technique on.
Drawbacks/counters: Requires numerous hand seals and it could take a while to summon, unfortunately.

*Feeling confident, Ameyuri now manipulates the giant water pool the previous technique left implanted into the ground. She raises both of her hands upward and four sharks come out of it one after another, biting and snapping at the air. As they chomp, their fierce bite echoes throughout the field as they disperse*

"Feeding shinobi to these will be pleasant. Heh." *She mumbles*

Creative uses/strengths: Another technique that can be used to finish a fight. I assume every offensive attack from here on out will be capable of brutally incapacitating your opponent. Now, as well as being capable of breaking your opponents bones, you can also combo this with a kenjutsu technique, further brutalizing your opponent. This technique seems amazing to me lol. Also requires no hand seals.
Drawbacks/counters: I assume you have to concentrate on this technique as it starts and then you can let it flow. So that leaves you vulnerable as you first begin the technique.

*Immediately after the last technique, displaying a great amount of precision in her techniques so far, she weaves the Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Rat β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger hand seals and blows out an extreme amount of water that as she is blowing out, she spins it with her hands and it "molds" around her, creating somewhat of a strong, absolute water defense. She keeps it up for a while and then it suddenly drops from her doing*

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is good for defensive force against fire attacks and could easily put out a lower fire rank and as that gets put out, since you can keep the wall up and let out another move, you can counter an incoming one after you have completed the technique. Can also be used as a water source.
Drawbacks/counters: Requires a good amount of hand seals and can be interrupted.
