(I thought about the detail in the performance at the last second. Understood, sensei.)

*Karui focuses on her chakra and exerts it into her hands. She builds enough of it, and slams her hands together, creating a massive water shock wave, rippling all around her body. It makes a loud splashing noise and eventually disperses*

(Suiton: Suishoha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique can be offensive and defensive at the same time, defending from incoming attacks, and exerting the force of the shock wave onto the opponent to deal a devastating blow. Can change terrains therefor can change the course of a battle. Can be used in conjunction with lightning. Can create a giant water source for the user. Doesn't need a water source or hand seals. Can also get the opponent wet therefor leaving them prone to lightning attacks. The more chakra you put into the technique, the more powerful it can become (up to B rank). Short to long range.
Drawbacks/counters: Probably not wise to defend against lightning attacks with this technique. The fact that it can change the terrain may mean you have to switch up your style of fighting in the battle as well. Is loud so can be anticipated. Can probably be countered with doton techniques of the same rank or higher.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Rat ? Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is really cool, in my opinion. Range: Short- long. Gives the user the ability to sense chakra of an opponent or incoming projectiles. You will be able to sense any movement instantly. You set it once and it is good to go until you disperse it or the opponent blows the clouds away. Gives you a huge tactical advantage.
Drawbacks/counters: Requires five freaking hand seals... Cannot sense molded chakra. The opponent can get rid of the technique all together by simply blowing the clouds away.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake ? Ram ? Horse ? Hare ? Ram ? Horse ? Hare ? Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

A jutsu I like to use mainly with a clone in all honesty. The user will manipulate a water source or spew out some water and do the required hand seals. The water will shape into a condense sphere around the opponent. The water acts to suffocate the opponent and drown them. Its also hard to move because its pressurized water. You can even use it one yourself to block attacks. Its a great way to trap an opponent and make life difficult for him. A downside is you must always have a hand on the water sphere if not then the water is released and done. That is why its best used with a clone to keep his hands on the water. Its a handy jutsu and great to spring some traps.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

A very good jutsu. If an opponent is coming in for attacks or sending basic projectile attacks they can turn their whole body into water as well as remain human shape. The attacks will simply go through the user leaving them unharmed. Now the water will have to form back into shape which takes a couple of seconds. Its easy to and fast to transform the body into water as well as back to human. Its great to get out of tough situations and use basic deception. You can't attack in this form but the most is you can run. I recommend never to use it with lightning jutsus, as well as any elemental jutsu. Just basic tai,ken,and weapon projectiles. It counts as a sub so you can only use it once as well as no more subs so use wisely.

*Due to her previous rain technique, there were big puddles of water all over the field for water sources and an endless amount of rain falling down. She performs the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse and Hare hand seals and gathers up the water from a few of the nearby puddles and sticks her hand out, shaping the water into a prison or cell of a decent size*

Creative uses/strengths: Grants the user intangibility. Taijutsu attacks are rendered useless against this technique. Same with basic projectiles. Quick. Doesn't require any hand seals. Good for basic deception and to get out of tough situations.
Drawbacks/counters: Counts as a substitute so can only be used once in battle. Upon an attack, depending on how large, it might take some time for your body to take it's normal shape again. Not useful against elemental attacks and lightning will destroy this technique.

A basic attack. The user will perform two hand seals and summon water from out of the air. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent. Though to use the tech you will use the water instantly. The user will manipulate the water and send it towards the opponent as a projectile. It turns into a dragon and acts to engulf the opponent. The dragon is very flexible but its overall simple and quick to perform.

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

The user will perform one hand seal and slam their foot on the ground. This causes water to suddenly rise up and dash towards the opponent as a slicing jet. It has the force to cut through many attacks and its very fast moving as well. Its projectile based as well and remains the shape of a slicing jet during it duration towards the opponent. A simple wall is all that is needed to block or even shacking the ground where the water is based on so you can disrupt its shape and render it useless. Its awesome for combos as well since you can send many attacks at once since its a projectile and more of a set-up.

Drawbacks/counters: Can't think of any, really. Maybe one is that if you choose to hold the summoned water, the opponent can attack with a lightning attack and use that to their advantage.

A disadvantage of the first tech is you need to stay focus while sending the technique. Leaves you open for attacks and not combo friendly.

A fast moving and performing projectile based technique. The user will send a condensed ball of water straight towards any area the user chooses. Its a very fast moving technique as well as powerful enough to push an opponent back. Its very basic in what its purpose is as well as what its meant to be. Its combo friendly as well. Basic walls are simple enough to stop the ball.


(Suiton: Seibun Hofutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence

Okay after performing that long list of hand seals. You will rise water from the ground which you can manipulate in a various of ways. First of all its a great arsenal for you to use. The amount of water summoned can allow you to use certain jutsus which require a water source if you don't all ready have one. You can encase a water summon around it to allow it to be in the field and move freely. You can use it to block attacks as well. Its a very handy jutsu to use and simple. Only a small amount is summoned so its not like you can use it to perform water jutsus that require a larger water source.

Note your performance and all around description has been decreasing and this is the ladder. I want you to re-do this two. I expect much more, I know they seem less important but not even the performance had effort. As well as the fact that you barely put anything creative in it. What I expect this round is a better performance for each and more creativity.

*Karui pouts and performs the technique with more effort, heart and annoyance. Karui gathers her chakra in the pit of her stomach yet again. She holds her imaginary straw to her mouth and blows out the water, putting everything she has into the water creating a fairly big, sharp water bullet. It shoots directly through the same tree she had put a dent in before*

Creative uses/strengths: This technique requires no hand seals thus can be performed pretty quickly. Being that it is projectile based, it gives you the opportunity to combo attack with other techniques. It's a very fast technique that travels short to mid range and has the ability to crack the earth itself if used multiple times. So if an opponent gets hit by this technique multiple times, they should have a problem on their hands.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is simple to stop. By creating a doton wall, mokuton wall etc., this technique is rendered useless. Can only be sent in one direction from where the user is facing onward.

"Better descriptions blah blah blah I'll give him a damn description! Who does he think he is giving me a warning? I should be the one giving out the warnings!" *She thinks to herself*

*Karui once again weaves the hand seals Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar, Tiger and a big amount of water sprouts from the ground yet again. It is in the form of a controlled ball. She moves around it, keeping it in the center then lets it drop, dispersing it among the field. She weaves the hand signs again and creates another. Again in the controlled ball form. From there, she summons a water dragon from the bubble and it heads straight for the same tree the water bullet went through and opens it's mouth. It comes crashing straight down onto the tree breaking numerous branches off of it*

"Better performance my butt... I give the best performance...He should be the one performing for me! I'll give him a warning for giving me a warning, is what I'll do! Watch me!" *Karui stands before the broken tree with an angered look on her face. She wasn't too happy with that warning* "... Was that better, sensei?"

I would personally use it for the supplementary purpose.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique cannot be used in conjunction with suiton techniques that require a large source of water. Being that it requires six hand seals, it might take more time than expected to perform the technique. It wouldn't be wise to defend against lightning attacks with this technique as the water is prone to electricity and it might end up doing more harm than good.

Okay so this is a very basic and ordinary technique in all honesty. Its purpose is when the user is underwater they will propel themselves through the water by releasing their chakra throughout their body. This can also mask the users presence while underwater making it tough for the random ninja to find you but a sensory or dojutsu is able to. It can work for snick attacks and its handy when you are caught underwater. Its a fast jutsu to use and rather simple. Though this can only be used in water sources like rivers, lakes, oceans, etc.

Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

Not much to really talk about here. Its very fast to perform and simple as well. the user will release a set of water from the palm of their hands towards the opponent. It has an impact property forcing them back which makes its main purpose is close range battle which is actually very handy. Its also good to douse out certain fire attacks and clear away smoke.

"What the?!.." *Karui frantically pouts, slamming her foot onto the ground multiple times. She raises her fist in the air to hit her sensei but stops, realizing he is much stronger than her. Instead of punching him right in the face, she lightly slaps him on the shoulder* "Meanie..."

*Karui moves on to her next lesson* "Your pronunciation is horrid, sensei. I hope you are proud with yourself..." *Karui walks over to the nearby river and dives into it. She has a hard time performing the technique as it was different, but she eventually gets the hang of it and begins to glide underwater using her chakra. A little bit of water goes up her nose and she pops her head up out of the water choking a little bit* "Is this what you wanted, sensei? Is this what you wanted from me?!.." *She pulls herself out of the river soaking wet and still pretty angry* "Do we have any towels available?.."

Drawbacks/counters: If you do not have a lake, river, creek or ocean to use this jutsu with, it is completely unusable. It's also useless against sensory type shinobi as well as Sharingan, Byakugan and Rinnegan users.

*Moving on to the next technique, Karui sticks her arms up and palms facing out towards her sensei. She concentrates the suiton chakra out of her hands and sprays the water all over her sensei, drenching him*

Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique, in my eyes, isn't really meant for an attack. It serves it's purpose as being a propeller and maintaining a distance between yourself and your opponent. This technique is also great for putting out certain fire attacks and clearing away smoke.
Drawbacks/counters: Other than the pros stated above, this technique is kind of useless. It is only useful at sort range. It is not up to par with other suiton attacks so there is no reason to use this as an atack.

Another basic but very flexible attack. After performing the required hand seals they will manipulate a water source to create a streaming water which can be guided by the opponents chakra while maintaining complete focus on it. It can hit a number of targets as well as act as a barrier. You must maintain focus on it but its a handy jutsu. Due to its mobility it can move through tight spaces and hit in angle most would find difficult.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique is quite useful. It is a guided technique meaning that you can guide it in any direction of your choosing. The technique can also hit multiple targets at a time. It can become a defensive barrier so it also has it's defensive purposes. Short to mid range. And it has great mobility, being that it can bend and turn to achieve and reach certain angles.
Drawbacks/counters: It's only short to mid. An attack like this would excel even further if it was short to long, but it is only short to mid. You must keep complete focus on the technique so that means if you are focusing on something other than your opponent (ex. A clone, substitution, etc.) it leaves you open to an attack. It requires four hand seals.

*Moving onto the next technique, Karui prepares her feet with chakra and walks back into the same river she almost drowned in. She raises her hand and focuses her chakra that is connected with the water to form a small whirlpool. She exerts more power into it and it becomes bigger by the second, eventually consuming all of the drifting wood and plants nearby. It almost sucks Karui in as well but before it gets big enough, she jumps out of the water and onto the land. The whirlpool continues spinning for a brief moment and then eventually slows down and stops*

Creative uses/strengths: With a technique like this, the element of surprise in on your side, which is always a good thing. It requires no hand seals. Also short to mid range and for a technique like this, costing 15 chakra doesn't seem bad at all. Great for distractions.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique can also consume you as well so you must use with caution. It must be performed on a water source and for it to effect your opponent, they must be on a water source as well (I assume the same one as it makes no sense if you do it in a separate pool of water and it still effects your opponent).

A supplementary jutsu. The user after performing the required hand seals will create a black mist cloud right above the opponent where its size is just big enough to cover a short range of where it is placed but the cloud itself can be moves up to mid range of your own location. The black cloud will begin to rain a flammable substance (oil). It does not cause any restriction of movement but its main purpose is to ignite it with fire to completely burn the opponent severely. Now if you are ever caught using a full body wind jutsu can easily blow the oil away.

This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Basic technique the user does 3 hand seals and controls water veins that run down a mountain making it very location based to use properly. Water will begin to fall from it creating a water fall. The more chakra you send the larger the water fall itself can become. This can be used to set up certain water techniques that require a water source being a good source. It can make your presence if you hide behind it, it be hard for the opponent to find you as well as you can do a surprise attack. Though with sensory and dojutsu users would not be the best idea to do.

Can set up an enormous amount of options as to get rid of the technique, the opponent must use a futon technique capable of blowing the oil off and blowing the cloud away, leaving them open for attack and using up a move. The technique is short to mid which I find pretty good for a technique like this.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique can possibly be countered to where the oil gets on you if used at close range. The cloud itself will be just big enough to cover the opponent so it can't cover a ridiculous amount of land. Only a radius of a few feet. Requires three hand seals. The technique also doesn't effect the opponents movement, so they are free to move however or wherever they please to avoid or counter the technique.

The water starts to emerge from the tree at a great and rapid pace. She starts to add and retract her chakra to test out what the stream would do. As she reduces the amount of chakra she puts into the stream, it gets smaller and weaker, and when she increases her chakra, the stream gets bigger and stronger. She takes her hands off of the tree and breaks the connection of chakra and the stream stops. A chunk of land was filled with water and mud*

Drawbacks/counters: It's very location specific as I don't think creating the waterfall on a tree as I performed above will cut it. I understand that but we are in a training field (or so I assumed) so I made do with what I had, just to display it. The technique requires three hand seals. The masking tactic would not be useful against sensory type shinobi or shinobi who utilize the Sharingan, Byakugan or Rinnegan.

After making a water clone it will go close to the opponent and by the will of the opponent, the clone will dissolve back into water and suddenly 4 projectile which are quite sharp will act to try and impale the opponent. You must have a water clone first before you do this tech. You can use the clone to get in close to the opponent making evasion much more difficult to perform. Its also a sudden technique so it can deceive the opponent if used correctly. Its a straightforward tech and after the projectiles have been sent your done from their and you can continue to another tech.

Okay a straightforward technique. After doing some quick body movement attacks, like punches and kicks. You will finally launch the opponent in the air and while the opponent is airborne the user will concentrate water chakra in their palm and swing it towards the hanging opponent releasing a crescent blade of water which will act to impale the opponent on contact. Now this is a basic technique and very good for close range usage. Having good speed and fluid movement would work well with this jutsu, using drunken fist would be a great combo. An opponent in the air has very little they can do. Ways to counter is if the opponent gets in close range, you can use a armor to hurt their fist. One of the many counters.

*Karui performs the tiger hand seal quite quickly and a water clone forms beside her. She was getting the hang of the hand seals and suiton techniques. As soon as the water clone is formed, she sends it out a few feet. The water clone dissolves and it looks like the technique fails but as soon as the puddle from the water clone forms onto the ground, four tall water spikes emerge from the puddle. They looked so strong they could have been mistaken for ice until they dissolved*

Creative uses/strengths: Contrary to how I kept the attack stationary, this is a projectile-based attack. So it can be used for combos. The fact that the water clone can be dispersed at will to perform this technique means that is will be fast. Technically the technique requires a hand seal but it's only one.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is required for you to create a water clone, meaning you waste double the chakra. Seems like it's very gimmicky and can be countered easily.

*Karui walks to a nearby tree. Due to her daily taijutsu training, she was used to practicing hand to hand combat on trees. She throws a few punches and kicks at the tree, getting more aggressive with each blow. For her last strike, she throws a quick, strong right hand, releasing the crescent blade of chakra, she strikes the tree and cuts it in inches deep, almost cutting it in half*

A simple but handy jutsu. It can be used quickly without a hand seals or water source. You can rise a pillar of below the opponent to send them high into the air which from their you can send an attack. Its great for combos. Also you can even use it for yourself to send you mid-air and evade certain attacks and since it causes no damage you can send a attack with no hesitation. If user ever against you, one thing you can do is send a stream of wind to push yourself back to evade attacks.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

A very basic jutsu. First of all it requires one hand seal and it can only work short range. This is a very large risk to take because though its one hand seal a opponent can easily use a taijutsu move before you fully perform the technique. Its a basic short range attack and nice to use. The user will create a water around their arm and send a projectile bullet which acts to forcefully push the opponent back. Its also fast moving bullet, if you are able to fully perform the technique then evasion is very difficult. A nice jutsu I recommend trying to restrict the opponents movement so you can fully perform it accurately.

Drawbacks/counters: This technique can easily be countered by the user using a futon technique. It will not help you against techniques that has a vast height. Prone to lighting techniques.

Creative uses/strengths: This technique, from my understanding is good for getting your opponent off of you. It only requires one hand seal and is an easy/basic technique. It's also a technique that is difficult to evade.
Drawbacks/counters: This technique is short range. In order for you to perform it with accuracy, making sure it hits your opponent, you must first bind your opponent. It's not a must, but recommended. I wouldn't do this on taijutsu specialist without binding them first...

Okay this is actually a handy jutsu but is misused many times. The user will simply create a pool of water beneath them which acts to carry the opponent forward. Not side to side, it acts to only move one direction towards the opponent. Its good to evade certain techniques. Now when you reach the opponent, you take out your sword and slash him up to bits. Its a fast acting jutsu so its hard for the opponent to note come in contact though the pool can only move mid range at most. Its a nice jutsu to use for close range battle. A simple counter which you can turn into a offense is electrifying the water, shock the opponents feet.


( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Okay a streaming water technique meaning you will have to keep constant control over its movement and where you send it. You will basically send a stream of water towards the opponent which acts to lash or whip the opponent and send the back some meters. Now its hard to evade since its streaming so you can specifically aim and control as long as you remain focused. Blocking is the best thing to do for this jutsu as a line of defense.

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

This is a very useful technique. The user will use water vapor in the air wot create many water projectile attacks. They are very sharp as well as powerful. They can be made anywhere around short-mid range of the user and can be sent anywhere. Since they are projectile based attacks you can use them with combos. Masking kunais would be a smart but basic idea. They are guided by the swing of the users hand when aiming. It is very fast to perform as well as fast moving, perks include how simple but effective it is as well as no water source. Simple blocking of the projectiles can be used.
