PSHHHHHHHHH You ain't nail anything. You did below average of what I expect. But I don't like to stall. Here is my explanation on it.
The most fluid of all the elements its main properties vary with many things it can be free flowing and flexible, it can be used to create large amount of water to literally push back an opponent and make the suffocate, sharpen to impale a opponent on contact. Its calm nature makes it very easy to control unlike the other elements. But like mentioned its also a very destructive nature if used correctly. With it you can summon a large amount of water which can like I said, push a opponent back and hurt them. But its not all it can break in some cases if used with enough water can break many trees, plants, and cause serious terrain change. It can also out wait on the opponent making it hard for movement. Its ability to impale or pierce is also strong not as potent as lighting but it can still cause serious cuts and stabs which can seriously hurt a opponent.
Water is strong against fire because it naturally extinguishes the flames (though a sufficiently powerful fire technique can cause evaporation) but is weak against earth because earth structures can dissipate the force of water rendering the technique ineffective. it can be used with Wind Release to increase the speed and destructive power of a water technique.

Okay to start off we will begin very simple. I want you to gather your raw chakra and release the chakra forward while manipulating the nature of the chakra into suiton chakra. Summon a small wave of water and send it towards the dummy set up short range. It should wash up the dummy. Fairly simple nothing much to say here. Try though to be descriptive as possible for your sake.

A very famous water jutsu, I want you to gather your chakra in the pit of your stomach and manipulate the nature into suiton chakra. Thin out the suiton chakra to an extent and release from your mouth a thick mist all over the terrain. Release it in between us so when it covers the terrain we will lose vision of one another. Another simple tech nothing to much about it. I should tell you though using a water source to create the mist is much more faster, the opponent would have little to no time to stop the mist covering the area. Though for now use your own chakra source.

Then nature manipulate the chakra into suiton. Your hand will have suiton chakra in it, release it and shape the chakra into a sharp water sword. It has the same attack potency as a regular blade. I want you to stap the dummy that appeared right next to you out of nowhere.

But barely, due to her teacher's expectations of her reflexes. She opens one eye and looks at the shield. It disperses and the kunai drops*
"You crazy!.. Gah! You almost killed me!" *She swings her fist at him and accidentally hits a nearby tree* "Yoooowwwwowww!.." *She rubs her hand and gives him an aggravated look* "Next lesson..."

With water source next to you as well as have the opponent very close by. Manipulating the water source the user will create a water needle to rise from the water and speed towards the opponent in attempt to impale the opponent. Inflicting serious sharp pain. Its a straightforward technique and projectile based when you send the needle towards the opponent. Its similar to the jutsu above but is a needle instead which gives a different type of pain from the attack.

After 3 hand seals the user will channel suiton chakra and release it creating a whip of water. It can be sent towards the opponent lashing at them, or wrapping the opponent with it to bind them. If you bind the opponent with it you can send a lightning technique through it to shock and paralyze the opponent. You have complete control over the whip as well as the whip being very fast and flexible. Though you are a walking target for lightning attacks. The whip stays on for only one turn by the way.
*She walks to a nearby small pool of water and does as her sensei instructs. She begins to wave her hands and a few thin strips of water rise from the pool. They take the form of senbon and with a wave of her hand, she sends them flying forward*

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
A very good jutsu the user after two hand seals will spew out a very slippery, sticky syrup substance. Its a trap which if a opponent is caught will not be able to move around since their feet will be stuck on the sticky substance. If you use the technique immediately it might just spew a small amount, if you take some time though to spew the syrup it can be a large pond. Its a great combo useful technique. If used correctly you can have complete control of the battlefield and keep opponents pushed back, especially fast opponent. Beforehand though make sure you channel chakra on your feet before you spew the syrup so you can walk on it without restriction.

Okay with one hand seal the user will use a water source to create a exact clone out of themselves, made of water. They can only travel a short distance and can take damage easily until dispersed back into water. This water clone can only perform Water jutsus up to C-Rank. Clones are great for a extra man to take the advantage in number, use combos, and deceive your opponent. The clone is made short range of the user, and the clone acts on the will of the opponent.
*Karui moves on to her next technique. She concentrates chakra onto her feet and weaves the Ram and Tiger hand seals. She then spits out a stream of the sticky goo until a small-sized pool of it covered the area before her. A few flies land on it and become immobilized showing the ability of this technique in action*

They can perform up to C rank suiton techniques and can give you the upper hand in battle. Drawbacks/counters: There's a lot of drawback to this technique, though. It requires a water source. They can only be sent out a short distance. When they go too far, they revert back to a puddle. Although they can perform C rank suiton techniques, that's all they can perform. No higher. The clones also act on the will of the opponent so I assume the user doesn't have full control over the clone. It can only take up to so much damage before it reverts back to a puddle and it is also pretty weak.
(Hopefully I did it to your liking this time. I understood what you told me to do is be as descriptive with the pros and cons of the technique as I am with actually performing the technique.)

Okay with a water source the user will summon a drill from the water, the drill will act to penetrate the opponent and give a serious intense pain. Its a quick jutsu and is performed quick. Right when the user summons it they can go onto the next technique, great for combos. Its great for distractions and attacking from areas the opponent might not expect. The drilling motion does make a sound as well as it being a basic technique easy to anticipate.

A very effective supplementary jutsu. After you create hidden mist jutsu (D-Rank) the user will will manipulate the mist in a way where it will reflect natural light. The light will shine throughout the mist and blind anyone ahead of the user. That is why it can only extend short-mid, so it does not blind the user. The opponent will be blinded and distracted you can use the open window to send a large streaming attack through the mist to kill the opponent. It moves fast, and the light when set is released instantly. You can only use this with the hidden mist but its fast to perform.
"I'm not trying to kill you, but by the time we're done, you will feel what you have taught me, sensei." *She smiles*

If you are battling on top of a water source, this technique can emerge in any upward angle the user desires. It's also very quick, requiring no hand seals thus instantaneous upon the user's casting. It gives you the advantage of the element of surprise. Lethal. Drawbacks/counters: Basic technique so it's easy to anticipate. Since it makes a drill-like motion, it makes noises so it can be heard, therefor it can be evaded if not used in conjunction with another technique. Exhausts chakra as long as it's active (I assume this means if your opponent is impaled on it therefor immobilized). Short ranged.

Can only be used at short to mid range to be sure the caster doesn't blind themselves. Exhausts chakra to remain active.
For the hidden mist, I expected much more detail. You see the opponent manipulates the mist around to reflect light and you did not even mention manipulation of shape nor how it would effect me. I expect better in the future. Also some of this techs are quite simple but I still expect 3+ sentences for everything in the points. When we get to more complicated you will already know what to say and how to explain in the future. Consider this warm up for what is to come.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
A very flexible technique, the user will clap their hands together and create a vortex of water around themselves spiraling with great speed. The vortex is nice because it can act as a barrier and then after defending you can send the vortex towards the opponent as a exploding wave that dashes with great speed towards the opponent. After you send the wave it acts to push the opponent back, I like to send lightning towards it to increase potency of attack, it also covers a wide and long range. It can soak the opponent and change the terrain which you can use in your favor. The more chakra you add the stronger it gets as explained in the description. The wave moves fast and loud. Its easy to perform and does not need a water source nor any hand seals.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Rat ? Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
One of the most useful. After performing the required hand seals the area will begin to rain. The rain happens seconds after you perform the hand seals, the rain will begin to fall. The rain is connected with the users chakra. This allows the user to sense every movement that goes on instantly. Its great for a defense as well as anticipation of attacks. Its one of the best jutsus for defense so I recommend to always set it in the start of the battle. Don't be fool its sensory abilities is nice but you do not sense the opponent mold chakra, it does not go that far. You can though sense projectiles coming towards you since the rain is likely to hit them. Ways to stop this jutsu, is simply blow the clouds away.
