Okay, well first a few basic things:

• First of all, if you don't understand something or have any other questions please ask them either here or via vm and I'll try to answer them as good as I can
• Secondly, try to reply in your own words, thus not simply copy me nor anyone else. It does not matter if you get something wrong. "A smooth sea never made a skilful mariner."
• Thirdly, please try to use proper English. It is very annoying for both you and me if I do not understand what you say and I tell you to redo the jutsu over and over again until I understand you xd
• Fourthly, I want to know if you have had training before. If yes, what elements?

I have never had any training before.
What I know about Lightning?
Well its one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows someone to create lightning. Lightning Release techniques are fast-moving and cause not only electrical but piercing damage as well. Common to the ninja of Kumogakure, a Lightning Release jutsu is naturally strong against an Earth jutsu, and weak against Wind. Similar to wind chakra, lightning is commonly infused into bladed weapons through Chakra Flow for increased sharpness through vibrations.
With Water, Lightning is likely one of the components for the Storm Release nature. It an advanced form known as Thunder Release which is used through the manipulation of Raijin.

What I know about Lightning?

Sit down and meditate here for 5 hour to unlock your ability to control lightning. Whilst mediating, focus on what you feel and on your lightning chakra.
Once you are finished wake me up and tell me what you felt. *falls asleep*

Good, now then try to get that same feeling you had just now and focus in into the palm of your dominant hand, if you focus hard and long enough you should be able to see some sparks, at first there isn't much more than that, but that will change over time further into the training ^_^
Give it a try.

Focus your lightning chakra and create small static bolts. These bolts can be used for attack and/or defence. As simple as that

(Raiton: Raikou Oonami) - Lightning Release: Lightning Surge

Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.

Focus your lightning chakra and channel it into your hand. Then slam your hand onto the ground, releasing your lightning chakra into a surge of lightning that will race across the ground towards the opponent's feet.

to perform it I focus my lighting chakra and let it out in front of me making small static bolts for offense or defense.

Strengths -> no hand signs, can be used for offense and defense

Weaknesses -> small and not quite strong, can be beaten by many wind techs and if used for defense any attack of a higher rank can beat it
ehh couldnt really find a pic for this one tbh I couldnt really find anything on this jutsu except the stuff I posted :\
To defend against this I would use a wind jutsu

I concentrate my raiton chakra and slam my hand onto the ground and release a surge of lightning through the ground, hitting my opponents feet and shocking them

Strengths -> No hand signs, can paralyze your enemy for a second or two

Weakness -> Can only be avoided by jumping and its only a short range attack.

To defend against this I would stay at medium-long to long range so it cant hit me.

Telegram Flash uses this justu in the anime. (as he is only in the anime)

Focus your lightning chakra and once again create an electric field around you which you can use to attack the enemy with in the form of an explosion of the shield to blow the opponent back.

*focuses, concentrates my chakra then changing it into raiton chakra. Now i spread it and make it all over my body surface and keeps it maintained* This creates an electric feild.

Advantage(s): this attack can used at a short distance,its nice against taijutsu user even in contact opponent will be stun or paralyse an opponent and direct D-C rank doton attacks techniques can be avoided


Disadvantages: large scale doton attacks wont be stopped. This tech doesn't have a large attack radius.

*I again focus and concentrates chakra turning it into raiton chakra. Now i spread it over my body surface while keeping it maintained and creating a electric field.*
If someone comes in contact with this field, the field will explode.

Advantage(s):This tech would be helpful when trying to create distance between you and an opponent

The Disadvantage to this tech is this is low tech only able to give little damage ,opponent will not die.

Damage Points: 30 (+5 if used in conjunction with a water jutsu)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Focus your lightning chakra and channel it into your hands, then release it in the form of a wave of electricity from your hands. This can vary in power, depending on what you want to do with it.

I focus raiton chakra out in front of me, when I have enough I release it as blast of lightning

Strengths- No hand signs

Weakness- Only short range, and not that powerful

I focus my raiton chakra, while I perform the hand seals Boar → Ram → Snake → Horse → Dragon, then I release it from my hands as waves of electricity.

Strength- Can be used with water attack for a nice combo
Weakness- only short range a bunch of hand signs

(Raiton: Iwa Nadare) - Lightning Style: Stone Avalanche

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Focus your lightning chakra and perform the "Snake → Upside down Tiger" handseals after which you clap your hands together and run up a cliff face.

As you run up the cliff face your lightning chakra will cause rocks above you to get dislodged and rain down past you onto the opponent.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Focus your lightning chakra and raise your hand in front of you like some sort of sword. Whilst you gather your lightning chakra into your arm it will begin to glow a pale yellow after which there are bolts of lightning released from your arm, in the shape of a horn. The horn will spread outwards to attack your opponent and more opponents if needed.
